The master bedroom is spacious and has plenty of storage, and a sofa bed is available in the living room. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The residence is called Las Palmas 243 and is located within a few minutes walk from the beach and La Quinta. This is the perfect spot to discover Playa!

- LIVING ROOM: The living room is spacious and bright with cute decorations. You will find a large dining area which can sit up to 4 people, a sofa bed which can sleep 2 people and large Smart TV with Amazon and Netflix pre-installed.

- KITCHEN: The kitchen is open-plan and fully equipped. You will find all the essential cookware you may need, plenty of utensils, glasses and plates. You will also find a coffee machine, blender, toaster, and water boiler/kettle.

- MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom is stylish with hanging lamps and some makrame decoration which give it a peaceful vibe. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a walk-in closet with plenty of storage space.

- BATHROOM: The bathroom is ensuite but it can also be accessed directly from the living room. In the bathroom you will find a rain shower, a separate toilet and some more storage space. We provide all the essentials for our guests upon arrival such towels, beach towels, soap and shampoo.

- LAUNDRY ROOM: Inside the apartment and next to the kitchen you will also find a laundry room with a washer which our guests can use during their stay at their own convenience.

- PRIVATE ROOFTOP TERRACE: The highlight of this beautiful apartment is of course its amazing private rooftop terrace equipped with a private plunge pool. Our guests will have the sole access to this beautiful space where you can get some sun or unwind after a beach day. The pool is a small plunge pool where you can bath and relax at your convenience.

ENTIRE SPACE - This apartment is rented as an entire space, totally private for you during your stay. You will have access to a full 1 bedroom penthouse apartment with its own private rooftop terrace and private pool. Inside the apartment you will find a large living room, open plan kitchen and laundry room too.

COMMON AREAS:

- SWIMMING POOL: Our guests have access to all the amenities the residence has to offer. One of those is the swimming pool which is opened during the day hours from 8am to 10pm. It is cute and well maintained.

- FREE PARKING: Our guests have access to 1 free parking space which is covered and accessible with a parking remote . The parking space is safe and secure.
