There’s a new Chedraui supermarket in walking distance and plenty of mini-marts, shops, and local eats just ½ block away for everyday needs. The condo is minimalistically chic with big windows, lots of light, and an open design that seamlessly blends the sitting room, kitchen and dining areas with a comfy sofa for relaxing downtime moments. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the appliances and essentials needed to prepare a basic meal at home. You can dine at the dining table for 4 or use the table as a comfy laptop workspace if needed; you’ll have good 50 Mbps WiFi speed throughout. The bedroom is up a few steps and features a plush queen-sized bed, TV, AC, ceiling fan, ample closet, and access to the private balcony. The bathroom is modern, with a spacious stand-in shower and rainfall showerhead. The living room couch can also be a single sofa bed if flexible sleep space is needed or for a third guest. What’s more, we have 2 bicycles available for use (subject to availability), and the Alaïa condo complex has a lovely little rooftop terrace with a plunge pool and plenty of lounge hangout spots. Take advantage of this amazingly located stay and get packing for the time of your life! You’ll have full and exclusive access to the apartment and shared access to the complex's common grounds and amenities. This is a self-check-in property using a code to the lockbox to retrieve the keys. The code will be sent before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message. In the coolest neighborhood in Playa del Carmen called Zazil-ha, just 4 blocks from the famous 5th Ave (La Quinta Avenida!) pedestrian walk street lined with restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique shops, souvenir shops, vibrant malls, nightlife and more. You’ll be 5 blocks from the best grocery store in town, Selecto Súper Chedraui, and 1 km | 0.6 miles from the beach! You’ll find cute cafes, fruit stands, organic markets, and convenience stores nearby, especially ½ block up on Av 30th. The location is divine! The condo is about 57 km | 36 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange airport transportation. Please let us know if you need any assistance. If you come by car, you’ll have one parking spot at the complex for a small car (no SUVs); otherwise, you’ll have to park on the street (with parking meters). Also know this location puts you within walking distance of almost everything in town. For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) or the first-class ADO bus where you need to go. Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. - Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book. - Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay. - Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. - No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. - Electricity is included in short-term stays (up to 21 nights), but please help save energy and preserve our planet by closing windows/doors when using the A/C and turning it off every time you leave. 20 kW per day of electricity consumption is included. For long-term stays (21 nights+), electricity is 4 MXN per kW based on the meter reading at check-in and check-out. - No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine. - No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors. - Hanging clothes or towels over the balcony is not allowed. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Pets are allowed. Please inform us at booking if traveling with your pet. - Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. - No unregistered guests will be permitted on the property without written permission from the property management/owner. - Check-in and check-out times must be respected. Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, llegada, comunicación, ubicación y precisión del anuncio
Everything was very good and all things went flawlessly. That location for my long stay there was very good: only two short blocks away from two big grocery stores, about 8 minutes walk away from the famous 5th Avenue promenade and less that 15 minutes walk from the beach.The only thing that could be improved in this property is installing a manual switch for the balcony lights - those always turned ON automatically and stayed ON till 11pm. It spoiled the mood while trying to enjoy the sunsets and watching the night street life.
