Lovely Home

The house is really lovely and is exactly as described. Everything is in working order and the kitchen is stocked with all the appliances, pots and pans and gadgets that you could possibly need to cook some gourmet meals! We loved have the Ninja blender to make our morning smoothies. The house Manager, Ivonne was lovely, friendly and responsive to all of our questions. The daily maid service was a welcome addition. Definitely the top home rental experience that we have ever had. There are a couple of things that I want to share to help others plan a wonderful vacation so they are not disappointed like I was: 1) The beach no longer looks like in the photos. It is a very small beach full of sargassum, unfortunately. This is the case in the whole area but the top resorts clear their beaches regularly. Ivonne said that Playacar cleans it in the morning but we have never seen it cleared. This was my primary disappointment as the location near the beach was a big draw and the only reason that I paid so much for a rental. See updated photo. 2) The pool is very lovely and is kept in top condition. Unfortunately, on the two days that we stayed at the house to relax by the pool, it was so noisy that I couldn't even hear my audiobook. There is a ton of foot traffic, mopeds, cars, delivery trucks and a lot of other noise. 3) While the house is tucked in a nice neighborhood, the town is crowded and unattractive. Don't go here if you want a relaxing resort type of vacay.

Amazing House

Just as Posted on Vrbo, the house was few steps away from the beach, great location, short walk to 5th Ave and all restaurants. The staff was great and very accommodating. The best was dealing with Ivone the property manager, she was amazing and made sure to make our stay a true pleasure.

Casa on beach

Had a wonderful stay at casa Blanca. House was clean, plenty of space with separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Location to beach is phenomenal- it’s not directly on beach but a 30 yard walk to the beach. It was great being able to go from the house to beach throughout the day and not have it be a project to do so. Pool in the yard is also a big bonus. It’s almost better to be just off the beach as there is.more privacy and quiet (beach is public). 10 minute walk to Playacar outdoor mall and 15 -20 minute walk to the nicer part of fifth avenue playa delCarmen. Ivonne was fabulous at organizing and helping get excursions set up, transportation etc. she went above and beyond helping us with a car rental issue. Ninga is super nice and super quiet - many times she was cleaning the house and I had no idea she was there. The house was immaculate and well kept. We had breakfast made in house by las marias everyday which was well worth it - ver fair price and phenomenal food. Have stayed at many vacation vrbos and this was one of the best

Beautiful home away from home

We took our family to Casa Blanca over Christmas and it was such a wonderful experience. The home was perfect for our family. Ivonne helped us with transport, reservations and helping our family secure a piñata for a Mexican Christmas. Our home was cleaned daily and looked perfect when we returned from playing at the beach. We would definitely book Casa Blanca again!!!

You won't regret staying here!!

This property is everything it says it is. The location couldn't be better. It's so close to the beach yet not right on the sand. We had a wide range of ages and everyone loved it. We especially enjoyed the option of having someone cook for us---we selected the meals we preferred and were never disappointed. The property was well-maintained and someone cleaned daily. Don't hesitate to book this property!!!

Amazing Trip!

We had a wonderful 40th birthday celebration at this property! The home is beautiful, literally 50 steps to the beach! Safe neighborhood and beach really wasn’t too busy, because of the location! The staff was lovely and so very helpful! We will definitely be going back!

Nice Villa, well worth it

The house is great, spacious and well equipped. Love the location, the town is only a 10 minute walk and the private beach is a few steps from the house. Nice size pool for kids and adults. The house is located in a gated community, so there aren’t random people walking thru or random traffic, which is nice. Great staff, they cleaned every day. We splurged and had a meal prepared for dinner the night we arrived, and then breakfast the next morning. Both were excellent and very convenient. Concierge was very helpful with planing our day trips or just even where to go eat in town. And in general, the communication was very effective throughout. House is hurricane proof for sure, we felt completely safe and comfortable during Hurricane Beryl! Overall, this is a great place to stay in Playa del Carmen.

Wonderful week!

Casa Blanca is a lovely home; my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week! While we did have a few unexpected hiccups (some plumbing issues and spotty internet/TV), Ivonne, Mirna, and Filis were incredibly responsive to our needs, and did everything they could to mitigate the issues. The three of them are top-notch, and receive A+'s across the board, and so does Teresa, our chef for the first couple of nights. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone thinking of renting it!

Amazing Property

We stayed at this property from January 24 - Feb 10, 2024. The thought and consideration for guests in this home was amazing, we have stayed in many VRBO units and this was by far the best. The house staff were amazing, always there to answer questions and assist where needed, the host was very responsive and fun, she gave us amazing insights about the area. The house seemed to have everything we needed and beyond, the location was perfect, close to the beach and also close to 5th avenue, but very quiet at night, loved loved, loved this property and feeling grateful to have stayed here. We were having a celebration with family and friends for our retirement and this property was an wonderful place to do it! So much fun, thank you, thank you thank you!

The picture was a little deceiving but great stay!

The profile picture looked like the property was more isolated when it was actually on a main street with a lot of foot traffic going by to the beach. The staff was great and the house is really nice and clean. Always felt very safe in this gated community with constant security patrolling the neighborhood. A short walk to 5th avenue with all ths bars, restaurants, and shopping.

Casa Blanca Was Wonderful!

We had the best time at this house. The pictures are exactly what the property looks like. Ivonne is Amazing. She helped us with all our organizing. The housekeeper was wonderful, too. Loved being so close to the beach. Extra nice there were beach chairs for us, umbrellas, football. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and there is PLENTY of room for everyone!

Boulton Family Vaca

We throughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Casa Blanca. The home was as displayed in the listing. It was very comfortable, well appointed, 50 steps to a beautiful beach and has a beautiful pool. The gated community had excellent security coverage. We felt very safe. Ivonne, the manager made sure we had everything we needed and was in constant communication with us setting up transportation and reservations. Myrna, the housekeeper, was incredible. Our house was spotless every day even with our 2 and 4 year old running about. Fili, the pool keeper, kept the pool and the outside in perfect shape. He even went shopping for beer and limes when needed. I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed the meals prepared by Maria’s. We enjoyed it so much we had them prepare meals for 3 days. It was all so delicious. This has been our best family vacation. Everyone felt very pampered, from the home, Myrna cleaning up after us, Fili was available for whatever we wanted or needed, the meals prepared on site by Maria’s and Ivonne ensuring that we were always taken care of. Loved it all! Will definitely be back.

Amazing Experience

We stayed here for my birthday! Ivonne was like my home girl. She was in communication with me weeks before my stay started. She made sure we had everything to make our stay unforgettable. Amazing weekend stay!

We stayed at Casa Blanca for a guys trip / bachelor party and had an amazing time! The house is located in Playacar fase 1 and is literally 50 feet from the beach! The neighborhood is quiet and is guarded and patrolled on a regular basis so it's very safe. Its also in close proximity to quinta avenita (10 minute walk) for restaurants and bars. Yvonne was amazing! She helped line up transfers, dinner reservations, and suggested several activities that we ended up doing. We stayed Wed-Sun and had an absolute blast! 10/10 would stay here again!

My group had an amazing stay at casa blanca. The house manager and staff was very understanding of our rowdy group and the location could not have been better . The house was situated in a very safe , patrolled neighborhood right on the beach and walking distance to everything you could need. They made our stay in Playa del Carmen unforgettable.

A fantastic vacation at Casa Blanca

My family and friends (8) all stayed together at Casa Blanca. the ENTIRE staff is awesome! HUGE props to Ivonne, she is wonderful. She ensured our stay was managed to perfection. She consistently checked in with us. She did far above, and beyond the housing accommodations. She helped book and manage inland excursions, airport transportation, snorkeling to Cozumel, private dinners at the home. Let's talk cleanliness..... This place was spotless on arrival, it remained spotless from the relentless pursuit of Myrna. She cleaned our place for a minimum of 5 hours per day. The home itself is outfitted very well. Modern sound, TV, WIFI, Pool, Outdoor sound, AC, etc. You really cannot ask for better accommodations. The beach is very close, if you happen to see seaweed on the beach, a short walk to the right (facing ocean) will get you to a better area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and if we are back in playa, we will not hesitate to stay again at Casa Blanca!

Outstanding

We had 3 generations for our get-away and had an incredible stay at Casa Blanca. From organizing our kitchen with supplies we requested, to planning field trips and home cooked meals for us, we were supported. The Two Maria’s cooked our first and last night meals, a delicious treat of authentic Mexican food. The staff was competent, kind, and enjoyable. Yvonne had wonderful suggestions for our visit to Chichen Itza, swimming in a cenote and snorkeling around Cozumel Island. She planned our trips with every detail in place. My family, from 9 years old to 73, had an outstanding time.

Beautiful home

Loved the house and the location of this property. Communication with the property owner was great and the house manager, Ivonne, was there to greet us despite our delayed arrival. This house is easy walking distance to downtown as well as to taxis if you want to go anywhere. Highly recommend this property!

This is the place

Don't hesitate to book this house. Location is perfect with a beach which feels like your own, a pool to die for and people who go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Our family of 8 stayed for 6 nights and were so happy with Casa Blanca. From booking to arrival everything was simple. Curt was quick to reach out with the basics and Ivonne handled all the details from transportation to tours. Myrna was the housekeeper ninja who made sure you always had a clean space and dry towels. Fili tended to the outside space. We had the Maria's cook for our arrival dinner and two full days during the week. Their food was fantastic and they made sure everyone was full. Do not hesitate to have them cook and serve you. We will definitely be back. Thanks to the entire Casa Blanca team for a vacation dream come true.

It hasn't been since February of 2020 that our family has ventured out on a tropical vacation. Covid kept us all home and we couldn’t wait to get to Casa Blanca. With 12 humans in tow (2 being two year old boys) we descended onto Casa Blanca like a whirlwind. We filled every nook and cranny and settled in for 10 days of family fun! We couldn’t have picked a better house and location! The staff is terrific! Fili was here daily doing anything we needed. From taking care of the grounds and pool to running in for groceries (mainly alcohol). His smiling face was always a welcome sight when he rounded the corner. Then we have Myrna who kept us as neat and tidy as a person could with twelve people living in a house. I’m sure she won’t miss the two year olds being obsessed with patio and glass doors! I can not say enough about Perla and Theresa. They truly made our vacation magical and stress free feeding us throughout the day. Their cooking was excellent, even for our picky eater, and were willing to make anything to keep us happy. We tasted some fantastic Mexican cuisine and some wonderful variations of our family favorites. I would highly recommend these two ladies! Ivonne, the house manager definitely didn’t disappoint. She checked in with us several times making sure we were all good. She made arrangements for our arrival and departure and really was just a message away if we had concerns about anything. The absolute best experience ever

The beach house was a perfect getaway for my family and I. The location was breathtaking, just 50 steps from the beach. with a beautiful view of the ocean. The beach is all sand with no rocks and we spent everyday in the ocean. The interior of the house was well-appointed and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The house manager, Ivonne, was amazing and always available both before, during, and after our stay. My entire family loves her and we will always stay in touch. The daily house keeper, Myrna, was like a ninja! She was always there but rarely seen. The pool/ maintenance man, Fili, was there every day to keep the property in order and was happy to run into town for anything we might need. We spent most of our time outside, enjoying the beach, pool, and the nearby restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this beach house for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation by the sea. You will not be disappointed!
