"Have stayed there twice before but this time the room was situated in a very bad block of the hotel. No sun no view massive tree in front of the window. Could not change as it was full so they said. We requested the area we would have like to stay they said they never received it !! Really twice! Very disappointed considering we were there twice before."

"Yes the kitchen is well equiped but pots are old needing new ones . But you can still use .shops are judt down the brae . The beavh is 15 min walk its a beautuful wee place . The staff do not speak english . Clean rooms .it would be great yo have more toilets esp on bottom floor as there is 2 with showers when people in showers no toilet that stands alone ...could be a problem for some . "

"we noticed alot of rooms had very little sun on the balcony's, our room (301) had no sun at all. In the summer months that would be ok but in January the mornings and evenings are quite chilly so the apartment stayed cold and we needed blankets on top of the quilt on the bed at night. We found the mattress very firm after our first night so asked reception for a mattress topper which was sorted and made the bed more comfortable. "Great location in Puerto Rico, down 182 steps to the main shopping centre with lots of bars, shops and restaurants. Great sized pool, although wasn’t heated so in April was freezing cold! Decent pool bar, although food a little expensive for the portion sizes and quality. Great apartment with all the things you need, clean and decent sized balcony with great views. Would stay again. "Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr erholsam. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die ruhigen, geräumigen Suiten mit wunderschönem Meerblick – ideal zum Abschalten. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gemacht hat. Allerdings merkt man dem Hotel an einigen Stellen an, dass es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, insbesondere bei den Matratzen, die nicht mehr ganz dem heutigen Komfort entsprechen. "Had several stays here now & choose it as it’s in the perfect location for us. We choose the sumsuites section as it has good views over Puerto Rico but is still really handy to get to the bottom to amenities. The balconies are fabulous if like is you spend a lot of time on there, they get the sun from early on, unlike accommodation at the other bottom side of the hill. They are starting to look a little tired in places, such as the fake grass & the fridges, some of the sunbeds, but everything...
