Just 3km from the sandy Platanias beach featuring a private heated pool and stunning views of the Cretan sea and the surrounding mountains, this 550 sq.m. luxury villa sits on a 2,800 sq. m private land surrounded by nature, olive and orange groves while boasting modern amenities, a serene garden with BBQ area and outdoor spaces which offer panoramic vistas.
Located just 15km from Chania and close to restaurants, s/m and local shops.

The Space:
This 550 sq.m. three-level villa offers the ultimate in luxury and comfort, featuring a private heated pool, surrounded by a spacious sun-drenched patio with sunbeds, umbrellas, and multiple outdoor seating areas. A serene garden area, a shaded dining area under a pergola, and a fully equipped BBQ space are perfect for outdoor dining, all set against breathtaking views of the sea and mountains.

Inside, expansive north-facing windows bathe the interiors in natural light while showcasing stunning views of the Cretan Sea. The spacious open-plan living area, complete with a fireplace, a 40” smart HDTV, an elegant indoor dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen fitted with top-quality amenities. Large glass doors open to a veranda with a seating area and dining table, seamlessly connecting to the pool and garden. This floor also features a dedicated office space, a convenient toilet, and a bedroom with king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

A staircase leads to the master suite, which boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and a hydro-massage shower. The master bedroom opens onto a large veranda with comfortable seating and breathtaking sea views.

Descending from the living room, the lower level features four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, three with king-size beds and one with two single beds. This floor also features a fully equipped gym with a variety of fitness equipment, including steps, abs training gear, and a multifunctional fitness apparatus. The gym area has direct access to the garage, while the lower floor provides additional access to the outdoor area, including the BBQ, garden, and pool.

For ultimate convenience, all floors are connected by an elevator, ensuring effortless movement.

Just 3 km away, Platanias is a vibrant summer buh, bustling with shops, seaside restaurants, and golden beaches lined with stylish beach bars and vibrant nightlife. Other neaby beaches include Gerani (3 km), Troulakis (5 km), Agia Marina (5 km), Maleme (5 km), and Tavronitis (8 km). Nearby, you'll find everything you need for a seamless stay, including supermarkets, boutiques, and traditional tavernas.

The villa's prime location allows easy exploration of both western and eastern Crete. Just 14 km away, Chania’s Venetian Harbor blends Venetian and Ottoman architecture, with scenic waterfront tavernas, boutique shops, and historic sites like the Archaeological Museum, Folklore Museum, Eleftherios Venizelos House, and Firka Fortress. Experience local culture at the Agora Market, where you can browse fresh produce, herbs, and traditional Cretan delicacies. Other Things to Note:
The villa is equipped with a heated pool. Please inform us at least 48 hours before your arrival if you wish to make use of this service. Please note that there is an additional charge of 70€ per day for the pool heating.

Upon your arrival, please be informed of the following environmental fee applicable to your stay, which varies seasonally: from November to March, it is 4€ per night, while from April to October, the fee is 15€ per night.

Damage deposit: 500€ upon arrival by cash. Return: the day of the check out by cash.

The villa’s owner lives on-site, readily available to assist with any needs while ensuring your privacy is fully respected.

Séjour absolument parfait à la villa Anastasia

Merveilleuse villa!! Nous étions 12 et chacun avait son espace, la propriété est vraiment immense. Les espaces communs et la vue sont incroyables. Tout est bien pensé pour des vacances parfaites. Cuisine bien équipée, immense terrain et espace bbq. La propriétaire, Anastasia, est charmante. Elle nous a même offert des produits faits maison délicieux. Je recommande cette maison sans hésiter.
