As the name suggests, the apartment is beachfront and only 200 meters from the central square of Tirrenia, where you can find all the activities and amenities of the area. Despite the central area, the apaprment is private and far from the noise of the nightlife.
The location is really strategic: you can reach the sea on foot in less than 2 minutes, restaurants and services in less than 4 minutes and cities of interest such as Pisa and Livorno in 20' by car. Lucca in 40' and Florence in 1h.
The Stella Maris Institute is 5' by car, the hospital in Pisa is 20' away, 25' to reach the one in Livorno.

The apartment is accessed by private pedestrian driveway, arriving at the large garden with table, umbrella and barbecue, for carefree dinners and cool from the summer heat. Going up the stairs you reach the terrace and the entrance to the apartment: a large room where you can spend convivial moments, a kitchenette with everything you need for even longer stays. The two double bedrooms are spacious, one with a bunk bed, so as to accommodate even the largest families and groups of friends.
