After many texts, they sent me credit since the new location was inferior. They sent a screenshot of the reservation. I had no way to verify, access or confirm that reservation. Then I received an email that I need to provide my full address, full credit card information AND PHOTO OF ME HOLDING MY...

"I stayed in this place for a Water Polo tournament that my son had and the truth seemed to me that it was super easy to get there and the attention was very good, however the bathroom in my room was a little dirty, it was nothing of great magnitude and they clean the elevators at 10 in the morning which generates a little chaos because it is the approximate time when all the guests are checking out"
