Smoky Mountain Bearadise is a one-bedroom, one-bath retreat for two, tucked between Dollywood and the Gatlinburg Golf Course. This cozy condo is a convenient base for all Pigeon Forge’s attractions and restaurants.

Living Room

Contemporary decor gives the condo’s living area a restful, uncluttered feel. Kick off your shoes and stretch out on the sofa or in the plush armchair. French doors open onto the private balcony and let in sunlight and mountain breezes. This soothing dove-gray and cream room has a stone-trimmed fireplace for cozy nights by a warm fire, and a flat-screen TV for entertainment.

Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen is as pretty as it is efficient. You’ll love the granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and white Shaker-style cabinets. Inside those cabinets are all the cookware, dishes and utensils you need to cook a romantic dinner for two or pack a picnic to take on a hike.

The dining table seats four. It’s just steps from the kitchen, so food always arrives on the table piping hot.

Bedroom

Sprawl on the luxurious king bed in its graceful wrought metal frame. The bedroom offers storage so you can unpack and feel at home. Watch the bedroom’s flat-screen TV while you cuddle together. The bathroom has a roomy shower stall with trendy black-and-white tile, and a vanity with a marble countertop.

Communication was top notch as well as customer service. Condo was exceptionally clean, location was great and value exceeded all other options around in my opinion. We’ve already agreed the next time we go to the area we will specifically look for Colonial Properties after our experience as well as recommend it to friends / family if they’re headed that way.

This unit served as a great home away from home. It was clean and comfortable, providing most anything that I needed. Communications from Colonial Properties were excellent! From the time of booking the unit on down to following up to make sure my stay was enjoyable, they did a terrific job. I’ll keep that in mind for my next visit. I’m a selective eater and find it challenging to get a well prepared meal when visiting Pigeon Forge. A couple of standouts for breakfast were very close to the condo. I’ve probably eaten at The Mill at least 50 times, as I love that they prepare food from scratch, to the degree that they mill their flour and other grains DAILY!!! They also have a pottery shop across the street and all of the dishes for the restaurant are made there. This trip, there was a newly opened restaurant just around the corner that I was pleased to try, called The Cottage. The decor of the restaurant is very classy and so is the food! Everything is made to order and prepared well. Please give this wonderful restaurant a try while you’re in town. In short, when planning a trip to the area, give Colonial Properties a shot at providing a clean and comfortable place to stay. Travel safely!!

Property was easy to find and very peaceful. Company was very attentive and checked in with us often to make sure we had everything we need. They were very quick to answer any questions and fix any issue we had.

Great location & spacious room

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, as it was super close to all the attractions. The room was super spacious and accommodated our needs perfectly. You are required to start the dishwasher, place all the towels in the bathroom, reset the temperature and take out the trash before your leave. (Including because I think it’s important to know what is required to stay here). Overall we had a wonderful stay!
