"The pictures were accurate, the condo was clean and well maintained. The only issues were small and did not effect our stay at all. We had a light that flickered in the guest bathroom above the mirror and some of the wall outlets were just worn out and the cords were loose and almost falling out. These issues did not effect our stay and I know the condo mgrs will fix these in a timely manor. The condo managers were easy to communicate with, were very personable and responded quickly. "Lots of positives but a few things to work on. Location is perfect for exploring Dollywood and Pigeon Forge area. The home was very clean and easy to find and check in. Living room is comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a nice view of the mountains. Two things that need addressing are the Jacuzzi tub and the master bed. The tub did not have a working plug and we had to rig our own to be able to enjoy it. The master bed needs better support and mattress. We ended up...

"We were in Pigeon Forge for our son's baseball tournament at The Ripken Experience. This condo could not be more perfect. Easy drive to both locations for games, and the perfect retreat when done playing and looking to relax by the pool. We loved that we weren't stuck in a hotel filled with kids and instead were able to relax just off the strip. The kitchen was well equipped. Our son liked having his own room and bathroom. And the wraparound balcony offered breathtaking views of the mountains!...
