Just off the Pigeon Forge Parkway between traffic lights #0 and #1, you will find our one bedroom, one and a half bathroom condo in the Mountain View Condo complex, winner Best of Pigeon Forge Condominiums. With fantastic views, lots of amenities, and the quietness you will enjoy your vacation time in the Great Smoky Mountains.

Located on the 7th(top) floor of building 3, this condo has everything you will need to make you feel at home. A central elevator and guest luggage carts will make your unpacking a breeze. The master bedroom has a king bed with a pillow top mattress. There is a large master bath with a double sink granite vanity, walk-in glass shower, and a large soaking tub. The living room has sofa and 2 recliners for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The sofa is a queen sized sleeper with a memory foam mattress which will accommodate extra guests. A 50" Smart TV is above the electric fireplace. Located in an alcove just off the dining room is a set of bunk beds that are perfect for kids. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need for cooking at home. All you need is your food! Both a Mr Coffee and Keurig coffee makers give you the choice for your use. A half bath is just off the living space for guest convenience. A new full stacked washer and dryer, detergent is NOT included, along with an iron and ironing board. WI-Fi is available throughout the unit. Toilet paper, paper towels, and two garbage bags are provided. Linens and towels are included, but you will need to bring your own beach towels for pool use. A swimming pool security stick is supplied for the pool group. The balcony off the living area has a small table and 2 chairs for enjoying your coffee in the morning and watching the sunrise over the beautiful mountains. The views of the mountains and city below are the best in the Smoky Mountains!

Our building is closest to the pools, playground, and other amenities. The heated outside pool is open from April through October. The hot tub is year round. An enclosed, heated pool is also open year round and has an attached clubhouse with bathrooms and showers. The kids will enjoy the playground equipment and half basketball court, tether ball, horseshoes, and bean bag toss. The quarter mile walking path with benches and swings is perfect for family strolls.

All that Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the surrounding area is just at your finger tips. Dollywood, Cal Ripken ball fields, Country Tonight, Five Oaks Outlet Shopping, and numerous other attractions and restaurants within a 4 mile radius. A trolley is located at the bottom of the hill from the complex for convenience in getting around the area.

There is a strict NO PET and NO SMOKING policy. Please be kind to our next guests by refraining from smoking or bringing your pets. An added cleaning fee will apply if these are not followed.

The cancellation policy is 100% if cancelled before 30 days and 50% if cancelled before 14 days.
