Do we have to come to your office to pick up keys? No! Once you book & we run your final payment you'll receive all your check-in info! You will have everything you need to go straight to your unit!

Parking notes: Unassigned parking is available for 2 vehicles in the community garage. Overflow parking available for additional cars. No trailers allowed but let us know if you have one - we can help!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was spotless and had a great view of the mountains. The location was perfect; off the strip, but still convenient to everything. We also enjoyed hearing the Dollywood train whistle off in the distance.

Everything was exactly as described. The only thing I would have tried to plan better for was having to put all our trash in the car at the end of the stay, to take to the dumpster at beginning of property. It was quite heavy for that far of a walk. Additionally there was no hand soap anywhere in the bathrooms, or kitchen, and would have planned to bring that, had we known. But otherwise stay was great. A little noisy from the people above us, but I think that’s to be completely expected in Condo living. Would stay again!!

Great location for beauty, access and convenience. Kitchen had all we needed with Keurig plus regular coffee maker. Comfortable and spacious for family. Enjoyed access to backyard overlooking golf course. We saw a coyote.

Great location and easy parking. Looks just like the pictures on the vrbo website. No surprises. Very Clean. Equipped with everything we needed. Check in and check out easy. All information needed provided by property mgt two weeks prior to check in. Lovely stay and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

The Perfect Vacation Rental HOME!

We absolutely loved our time in The Bear Cove! The 'Attention To Detail' was refreshing and made for a most comfortable stay! The furniture was comfortable and the decor was beautiful. Everything we needed was right there. We have not one complaint, only gratitude. We plan to stay in this rental in the future if we're lucky enough to find it vacant! Thank You for overseeing the awesome time we had while cozy in The Bear Cove Stacy! 'We'll be back'!!

A wonderful, quiet retreat.

I can’t believe I was so fortunate to have found this gem of a property. I stayed solo, booked for a writing retreat to work on a novel I’m writing and I must say it was the most cozy and relaxing experience. I got work done, felt incredibly safe, as it’s a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to many restaurants and attractions. The condo is well maintained and decorated; the fireplace a huge bonus. I will absolutely book again and bring the family. Thanks so much for every detail and for such an amazing experience. And lastly, the view! You won’t be disappointed.

Overall everything was amazing! My daughter planned this trip for her birthday and spring break off college. She enjoyed herself very much and we made sure we all had a good time. Loved how close it was to Dollywood and the main strip in Pigeon Forge. The place was really easy to find and very easy to remember your way back. This place was clean and laid out perfectly for a good get away. The manager communicated very well with us. Definitely recommend this place to everyone wanting to stay off the main road but still close to everything!
