Summary:

If you want to be in the center of it all with loads of amenities, this condo has that and more! Centrally located to downtown PF and a short drive to Gatlinburg, it is located within 1 mile of Dollywood, the Island, and the Old Mill Historic District. You can't beat this location.



Sleeping up to 6, this Condo has 2 King Bedrooms, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa, 2 bathrooms, a jacuzzi tub, Billiard table, indoor&outdoor pools and Sauna!

Master Bathroom with Jacuzzi Tub (no shower)

Less than 1 mile from Parkway. Parkway is the main road that connects Pigeon Forge to Gatlinburg.



7 miles to Gatlinburg welcome center!



Trolley is provided at the base of the complex to navigate throughout the area as well.



Other Things to Note:

Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.



Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and coffee are provided.



This cabin sleeps 6 guests maximum.



We always recommend 4x4 or all wheel drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way up and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area.

My family had a great time. The location is awesome. Short drive to Gatlinburg and all the the great things Pigeon Forge has to offer as well. The beds are so comfortable and the host is incredibly responsive. I would absolutely recommend staying here!!!

The condo was in a perfect location for all that we wanted to see and do. It was clean and was very comfortable. We had plenty of room. Everything was as described. Checking in and out was a breeze. Clean, Cozy, & Convenient

Our family of 4 stayed here for a baseball tournament at Ripken and it was a great place to stay. It was spacious, clean, and close to the fields. My son LOVED the pool table! Played pool whenever he was not playing baseball! It was also so nice to have a washer and dryer as we had to clean uniforms most days. The common pool and pool area were nice too and a great spot for us to meet up with other families in our group. Definitely recommend for any family that wants the conveniences of home.

Relaxing Birthday Week!

My family comes to the area several times a year. This week we celebrated my daughter's birthday and spent several days at Dollywood. Coming back to this condo was so relaxing. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. Extremely clean and felt inviting. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Zach.

Everything was perfect from the time we got there. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing the family complained about was how cold it was in the pool area it would be nice if they could turn it up a few degrees to knock off the chill besides that the house it’s self was perfect.

Pigeon Forge Getaway

This property was exceptionally roomy and clean and enjoyable. The pool table was a fun added extra, and the fireplace so nice to sit with after long days exploring. Zach was exceptionally attentive and friendly!

Very Conveniently Located!

We weren't sure what we would be doing so being centrally located was important. This property did not disappoint. We could have walked to the golf course right next door (nice, challenging course too). Dollywood was just a mile away. Food was within 5-10 minutes. Dolly's Stampede was 5 mins. Ziplines were 20 minutes. Horseback riding 15 mins. The grocery store was 5 mins away. We couldn't have done better. The inside of the building does need updating/cleaning but this particular condo is nicely appointed and the pool table provided several hours of fun! Parking is a bit limited so arrive early to get the best space.
