"My friends and I stayed at this property on the past weekend. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the uncleanliness of the space was alarming. We discovered cockroaches not only in the fridge and on the shelves but also around the basement area. This made us feel uncomfortable and concerned about our health throughout our stay. Additionally, the advertisement does not mention that the property was a shared space. This missing information significantly...

"It was very clean. Furniture is new IKEA. Plenty of room for 2 people although kitchen and bathroom are very small. Location is on main street of Wellington and is in centre of town a short block away from water. Check-in was easy and communication with host was quick and responsive. "

"The unit was beautiful, spotless and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed, was immaculate, bright and functional. The bedrooms were inviting, comfortable and extremely clean. The outdoor space was a nice added bonus; we enjoyed our morning coffee outside, under the gazebo. From check in to check out, communication with Kim was clear and timely. I would recommend this spot whole-heartedly and I look forward to returning."

"The apartment was clean however there was a terrible smell. Only one window would open so the smell did last 2 full days. Check in and parking instructions could have been a little clearer. Location was fantastic!"

"The place was wonderful! We enjoyed our 6 night stay, every room was very clean including the bathroom, and felt comfortable like being in our home. Had everything we needed, was quiet and peaceful and we slept well. Location is not far from Sandbanks Provincial Park with beautiful sandy beaches. We would recommend this property, plus the owners were very kind!"
