"WE HAD TO CUT OUR TRIP SHORT BECAUSE OF THE NOISE, IT WAS BAD, WE WAS WOKEN UP EACH NIGHT FOR THE FIRST 2 X NIGHTS AND COULD NOT DO ANY MORE WITH OUR 2 X KIDS, THE POOL AREA WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION WITH BUILDERS CLIMBING JUST METERS AWAY FROM US WHILE MY DAUGHTER WAS SWIMMING. THE PICTURES ARE NOT WHAT YOU GET, IT WAS CLEAN BUT NOT WAS DESCRIBED. "

"We stayed in the 3 bed beachside villa with private pool and it was worth every penny. Had a great time with wonderful facilities and great service. The only thing is the photos are not accurate-there is no stove to cook on, however room service and restaurants on site are great. Definitely come here again."

"This is a huge five star hotel with a beautiful ambiance, however the service does not match the five star rating at all. Our rooms were beautiful with a picturesque ocean view. As expected, it was clean and comfortable. However, in a hot place like Hoi An, not providing unlimited water is not acceptable when even 3 star hotels do this. "We enjoyed our stay at Stayzi. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Room was always cleaned and the pool was great for cooling off. Beach is across the street. Rental for scooter was awesome allowing us to tour the area on our own and Grab in the evening. Definitely recommend for the price!!"

"The suite we got upgraded to was amazing. I felt the breakfast was underwhelming and often very crowded with long queues, I would suggest potentially serving Lounge Members away from the main restaurant. The lounge offering was great value but service was hit and miss, some staff offered some people cocktails/spirits and not others, while there didn't seem to be enough seating for lounge guests. The two pools give you options and the cleanliness of the rooms could not be faulted."

"Breakfast buffet was the best, the coffee was amazing the food selection was incredible and very tasty. The hotel overall was very nice, we did have some plumbing issues with the shower draining properly but as soon as we reported it the hotel got it fixed right away. The rooms were well maintained and the staff was very friendly. "

"The room was cleaned daily replenishing everything used. The staff were extremely helpful. Large buffet breakfast selection - dinner at the restaurant was also very nice. The outdoor pool had a lovely view of the ocean without the sand."
