This Sonoran-inspired picturesque escape is nestled in a luxurious neighborhood and is truly the perfect destination for dreamers to relax, reset, reflect, and become inspired.

A little more about the space:

As you enter the home, you`ll be wowed by the wide open floor plan. The 16` kitchen island with quartz waterfall countertops will likely be the first thing you`ll notice. If not, it may be the 12` bifolding Nanawall that opens up to the private, luxurious backyard oasis. OR maybe it`ll be the 85` TV that catches your eye. Either way, you`ll know that you just stepped foot in the space that will be home to incredible memories.

The home has spacious dual masters with their own private full bathrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have their own unique configurations to allow for different sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom has it`s own TV with access to DirecTV, Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+.

Have you ever thought to yourself, `Today, I`m going to have a karaoke competition with myself in the shower`? We have! Feel free to enjoy a solo dance party in the bathrooms while listening to your favorite playlists on the bluetooth speaker lights on the ceiling.

And finally, saving the best for last, THE BACKYARD! This private resort-like yard will truly leave you breathless. The outdoor dining area, with seating for 12, is the perfect place to enjoy a home-cooked meal while watching the beautiful Arizona sunsets...or maybe you`d prefer to watch the game on the 65` TV. The built in BBQ is perfectly situated, overlooking the pool, and includes an outdoor prep area with a built in cooler. After hours of fun in the pool, you`ll likely make your way to the fire pit, to share some laughs, watch the stars and bask in the wonderfulness that is THE LAUREL.

Guests will have full access to the home, excluding the garage. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and on the street.

Uptown Phoenix has become an important district connecting the north end of the city hub. Uptown is home to a few of Phoenix’s coveted historic districts, including Medlock Place, Windsor Square, and Pierson Place. Each of these districts offer the tranquil neighborhood feel yet are just a few blocks from Arizona`s best nightlife, restaurants, and shopping.

• Pool & Spa Heating / Cooling - $80 per day *Need 48-hour advanced notice must be paid prior to arrival.

• NO PARTIES - all visitors must be listed on reservation and by name on rental contract. No unregistered guests may be on the premises without prior approval.

• Quiet hours after 9PM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.

• Full acceptance of the landlord`s Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.

• EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Dependent on availability, additional fees will apply.

• Locals must message before booking.

Occupancy & Use

- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed.
- Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
- No parties, events, or gatherings without prior written approval.
- Unauthorized guests may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, in accordance with platform policies.

Noise & Neighbors

- Quiet hours are **9:00 PM – 8:00 AM**.
- Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.
- If management, security, or authorities are called due to noise, unauthorized guests, or neighbor complaints, enforcement-related trip fees of $250+ may apply.

Parking & Vehicles

- Follow the parking instructions provided for the property.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of allowed vehicles without approval.
- Do not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, or restricted areas.
- Parking-related complaints, citations, tows, or service calls may result in trip fees.

Pool & Spa (If Applicable)

- Do not touch, adjust, or modify pool or spa equipment.
- If a pool vacuum is present, do not remove, unplug, or turn it off.
- Service calls or damage caused by misuse will result in fees.
- No glass in or around pool or spa areas.

Smoking

- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- If smoking is detected and ozone treatment is required, additional cleaning fees of $500+ may apply.

Maintenance

- Report maintenance issues as soon as possible.
- Service calls caused by guest misuse may result in fees.

Lost & Found

- Lost items are not guaranteed to be recovered.
- Shipping within the U.S. requires a $50 fee, which includes handling and shipping.
- Payment is required prior to shipment.

Trash

- Follow all trash and recycling instructions.
- Excessive trash or improper disposal may result in additional fees.

Safety

- Some properties use exterior security cameras and/or noise monitoring devices for safety and neighborhood compliance.
- Do not tamper with or disable monitoring devices.

Rule Violations

- Failure to follow house rules may result in additional fees or termination of the stay without refund, as permitted by platform policies and local regulations.
