Welcome to our North Scottsdale home where you will find yourself nestled in a wonderfully established neighborhood and only minutes to all the best things around! 12 minutes to the TPC Golf Courses, 15 minutes to Westworld for all you horse lovers and a quick 20 minutes to or from the airport! Not to mention some of the very best shopping and restaurants in the area! Kierland Commons is just around the corner! Be sure to ask us about our concierge services, too! Minimum age to rent is 25 and must be staying in the home! Please no parties in our home!

Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night!

Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact our business line immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home!

The Neighborhood:
Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

Getting Around:
We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the city of Scottsdale, but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our welcome binders!

Other Things to Note:
This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay.

• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Renting person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM (this time is strict)
• Check-out time is 10 AM (this time is strict)
• Early check-in and late check-out (if available fees apply)
• Pets are allowed with exceptions (pet fees apply)

Here is a list of items that were lacking in no specific order.Kitchen sink faucet spout would not move sideways. The faucet was turned so to turn on the hot water the handle direction was 120 degrees left of where it should have been.Chair in the dining room was found broken. We did not use it as it was a safety issue. The hot water took three minutes to reach the master bathroom. The toilet in the master bath has a sticky handle and will continue to flush unless you jiggle the handle. The door in the master bath would not close. The master bath lavatory faucet cold side is in need of repair.the kitchen silverware, bowls, glasses and serving platter did not support the number of guests this house advertises.The backyard was amazing. The pool and sauna were great as well as the BBQ. The AC worked well. Beds were comfortable.The house lighting was strange. Some of the bedrooms and bathrooms had the light switches on the outside of the room.Nice place but overpriced for the condition of the home.

Very nice clean and pictures are accurate. Had six guys for a golf trip and place worked out great. Was nice to have the pool and chipping green for things to do.

We celebrated a family birthday and really enjoyed this home. The back yard offers great activities for all ages, plus the indoor pool table was fun. The home is a bit dated, e.g. with a sunken tub/shower in the master bath, but the beds are very comfortable and plentiful to fit our large group. We would certainly stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Norma Estates. The backyard was an absolute oasis. We wish the weather would have cooperated so we could have spent more time out back. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. Communication was incredibly easy for check in/out and anything we needed. We would have liked a better stocked kitchen as it’s quite minimal for supplies and we cook. As a suggestion for updates that are needed for the home- the master bath on a whole and kitchen faucet need some attention. Thank you for letting us stay and enjoy a long weekend together!!

Place was perfect for what we needed it for. Comfortable beds to sleep in, close to golf and a great outdoor space to hang. The bocce ball court is deceptive in the photo in that, it is not nearly as big as it looks. It'd be fine for kids under the age of about 8 but for adults, it's a bit of a waste of space. Also, the corn hole boards pictures must have been from years ago as they are in such bad shape, you can't use them anymore. But like I said, beds were super comfortable and plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Kitchen was equipped well enough for morning breakfast and cooking dinner one of the nights on the grill. It was clean and generally comfortable. Would recommend, but, would love to at least see the corn hole boards replaced :)

This property was great. We were in Az for a soccer tournament and to see family. The neighborhood was great. We enjoyed this house very much. Some of the kitchen and living room things were kind of rough which could only mean that it has been rented and enjoyed a lot. Everyone in our group loved it and my 3 year old enjoyed the pool very much. We wish we would have stayed longer. When we come back this would definitely be the property to tend for sure. Very little communication with management but that was only because check in and check out were very easy and we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for everything!

The house was exactly what we needed. Many bedrooms, multiple fridges, many tv's, great back yard. You could tell it has been rented a lot though, some drawers broken, sticky doors (especially the front door, we thought we were locked out at one point) and loose fixtures. That didn't bother us though. The management company does send a lot of automated reminders which was confusing, but if you call them they are super helpful.

Overall great experience, we stayed here for a girl’s weekend and had 15 people. It is close enough to Uber to old town or perfect for a day by the pool. Only complaint is that the door was very hard to open, however it was easy to contact management via text to look into it.

We had two semi large families in this house (13 total), including adults, children and 5 teenage girls and we never felt crammed. The pool was great, putting green, pool table and bags were fun and nice to have. Kitchen was able to serve us well for a couple meals a day. Couple minor issues with the property but nothing severe. Location was great, close to hiking for my family and golf for my nephew and brother-in-law. Tons of restaurants within ten minutes. Neighborhood was clean and safe. Management company communicated well and check in and out we're clearly explained and a total breeze. Kitchen had basic dishes and utensils. Property included dish soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and a couple rolls of toilet paper and paper towels.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Norma Estates. Everything was clean and well laid out. We especially enjoyed the backyard area. The heated pool and hot tub were a favorite.

The Norma Estates home was absolutely fantastic. The home was spacious and lovely. The home had amenities (pool, boce, corn holes, golf and pool table) so that members could enjoy themselves, no one was bored. The backyard was really, really, spacious. The home afforded pets so my buddy got R&R as well. My entire family enjoyed themselves and everyone commented on the excellence of the home. Home was very clean and Host was most gracious. We will definitely come back again!

The house has it all! Our family vacation was perfect and the kids had so much to do at the house. The pool was a hit! We had it heated and everyone loved starting and ending each day in the pool. The house had plenty of space for us to spread out. The kids loved the pool table and putting green too! The neighborhood is a sleepy community close to so much. We enjoyed taking walks and all of the shopping and restaurants nearby. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was so much to do at this very fun house and it was all very clean on arrival. Plus it has a great & fun color scheme! Would highly recommend this to any friends who are looking for a great Scottsdale stay and would definitely book here again in the future.
