"HUGE cockaroach/water bug came out of the drain while I was showering within 30minutes of check in. Was not offered a new room, I had to ask and was only offered a room that was directly connected to the room I was staying in...didn't make sense to me. "This place is amazing. We enjoyed the beautiful resort with the two pools and hot tubs. The gym was nice. Room was great. Roomy with a nice view of the distant mountain esp during sunrise.
