JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa
"Tray with dirty dishes was outside of our room when we arrived. Was overcharged by $150 and front desk staff was very rude. We paid $1100 for 2 nights which isn’t something we normally can do and it was very disappointing."

Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort
"Hotel is fabulous with top end facilities. Staff are very helpful and willing to accommodate any request. Fees are high for parking and resort fee but still worth it. Would definitely stay here again."
