  • A 180 year old home, our 3 story building . Enjoy the best of Old City Philadelphia! Our home is located on a quiet street in a lively and historic neighborhood. Within a short walk, you can explore Betsy Ross House, Washington Square, the Delaware River waterfront, beautiful parks, restaurants, museums, theaters, and many popular bars. Love Park, City Hall, and Reading Terminal Market are also nearby and easily accessible. After a day of exploring the city, relax and recharge in our full-body massage chair and enjoy the comforts of home.

there was a group of older men going to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the Marine Corp. From the start, Mimi was great to deal with. Communications were fast and helpful. the group appreciated the well appointed apartment and everything needed to make the stay comfortable. The location of the apartment was perfect and in the middle of pretty much anything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this house.

What a gorgeous property! The antique pieces and overall aesthetic are exactly as advertised and made for a truly unique stay. Mimi the host was very prompt and kind in answering any questions we had. Would highly recommend this location to those visiting Philly and wanting to further immerse themselves in the history!

Excellent choice

Our stay was excellent. The house is beautiful and spacious. The massage chair was a wonderful surprise and well used during our stay. Mi Mi was an excellent host and very attentive to any questions we had. The location was perfect for seeing the sites and walking to many locations. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

The host was readily available for questions and we had a seamless stay. The beds were comfy and the home was spacious and beautiful. It was convenient to an active nightlife , historical venues, and fabulous dining steps away. We felt safe and rested after our time here! We will book again.!

Phenomenal Philly Spot

We flew in for the World Champion Eagles parade. Location was perfect and house was phenomenal. We were more than impressed. Great location for restaurants, Independence Hall, everything. The host was superb!!! Highly recommend

New Year’s Eve weekend

My friends and I stayed here on New Year’s Eve and had a great time. Everything was clean and the interior is beautiful. The house is located in walking distance of several bars, restaurants, and stores in Old City.

Great house, very unique experience

The house was awesome and we really enjoyed it. Great to sit down after work with her colleagues, and recap the day. Great restaurants within walking distance and a cool vibe except for a few sketchy individuals.
