This house is a large, spacious gem with plenty of room for everyone. The house has 4 levels with plenty of sleeping and social space for large families, group of friends or co-workers. There are four separate sleeping areas so people can have their privacy while enjoying a large main floor for social space. One of the best parts of the house are the two large outdoor spaces. The backyard is a great place for morning coffee and grilling. The rooftop deck is HUGE with an amazing view of the growing Philadelphia skyline.

When you open the key less entry door you will be amazed by the open floor plan. The living area has both a sofa and love seat for you to relax and enjoy the 55" 4K UHD TV and streaming devices. There is a nice seating area which the table can accommodate 8 adults. The state of the art kitchen has all of your cooking essentials. The outdoor patio features a table with 8 chairs for your and your guests to sit outside and enjoy a nice meal.

From the open area kitchen area there will be a staircase downstairs where you will find 2 Queen beds, full bathroom and a 32" HD TV with Chromecast devices. There is a bar area with a sink and wine fridge.

As you move your way through the upstairs this is where you will find the remaining bedrooms. On the second floor you will find 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed and a TV with Chromecast devices. This floor also has a full bathroom with tub/shower. There is also a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

The master suite is located on the 3rd floor. The bedroom has a pillow top king bed, seating area with a city skyline view and TV with Chromecast devices. There is also an additional full sized bed. The master bathroom has a double sinks, a soaking tub and stand up shower.

Last but not least is your pathway to the roof top deck. Here you will be able to sit and enjoy the city view. There is comfortable outdoor seating for 8 and don't worry as there is a fridge and sink located on this level.

All guests regardless of age count towards the number of guests. Total number of guests in the house may not exceed the number of guests indicated at booking. Please note there is an additional fee after 8 guests.

No parties are permitted in the house. This includes bachelor and bachelorette parties. The house is in a family friendly neighborhood and is not a party house.
External Security cameras monitor and record the entrances of the house, including the front door, back door and roof deck door.

Smoking is not permitted on the premise.

A Nest Doorbell monitors the front door and is activated by motion recording video and audio.

This unit was impeccable! Very well equipped with everything you need. The only downside to it is the parking however it was easy for us to get parking not on the same street and quite accessible. Did not have to pay for parking. The host is very quick and responding to any questions. I would definitely stay there if I’m ever in the area again. I travel a lot and this must be one of the best places I’ve stayed!

Great Location / Super Clean

Came in to town for an Eagles game and this house is amazing on many levels. Proximity to stadium, restaurants, downtown, and the freeway is unbeatable. Very safe area, easy to find parking, and the house has everything you need. Shampoo, towels, fully stocked kitchen and an amazing rooftop. (Couldn’t use because of winter months — but still amazing) Finally, the property manager was great to work with through out our stay. Highly recommend

Birthday weekend

We traveled to Philly for my son’s 16th birthday. The house was absolutely perfect! Everyone had their own space and we were able to gather in the living room comfortably to watch movies. All activities were within a 15 minute drive and we always felt safe in the area. The rooftop view was beautiful and a great place to wind down at the end of the night, read quietly and watch the sunrise. The place was immaculate in cleanliness and the extra details were a very pleasant surprise! Communication was easy and timely. The neighbors were also very pleasant and helpful. Parking was not an issue as we always found a spot next to the basketball courts. When traveling to Philly again, we will definitely stay here!

Weekend in Philly

A great place to stay. The house was just right for our group of friends. There were interesting restaurants in the area and a nice walk to center city. Thanks to our host for making the house comfortable and inviting. We’d love to stay there again next year.

Relaxing City Oasis - 15 min. from points of interest

Sean & Anne were wonderful hosts of this spacious 4 bedroom home located a 15 minute drive from many points of interest. The property was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and the roof views were breathtaking.

Great place!

This was the perfect house for meeting our NYC-based kids in Philly for a fun weekend! More than enough comfy beds and baths and the rooftop on a sunny day is unbelievable! I've always thought that I could be a VRBO host one day but the extra amenities that these owners threw into our stay makes me realize a new level of service. They're amazing! So many thanks!

Relaxing good time in an urban setting

Lots of families with dogs walking in the neighborhood. A very welcoming feeling. Easy walk to groceries and really good and varied take out. Full kitchen so cooking was easy and added to family enjoyment. Playground round the corner. Every age had a good time. Thanks

Concert Weekend

Decided to rent property for the weekend to see Luke Combs Concert. Property was tastefully laid out/decorated inside. Roof top views of the city sold me on this one. Def a million dollar view for sure! Would recommend to a friend.

Beautiful home!!

We drove in and found parking right in front of house which was wonderful. We used the bus which picked us up and dropped us off conveniently on the block where the home is located. We are from a rural area and do not live in the city, but we never felt unsafe, taken advantage of, or put out by any of the locals.... quite the contrary, everyone was always kind, courteous, and helpful... kudos to the locals! This didnt stop short of the homeowners either. I called ahead and they gave me helpful information which was so helpful in navigating the area. The check in was easy and the accommodations were wonderful. We had 2 adults and 5 kids (ranging from 17-18 years of age). Everyone had tons of room to spread out and have privacy and yet room to gather back together comfortably in the living room and dining room for meals and socializing. And that rooftop deck!!! That was icing on the cake. We loved going up and seeing the neighborhood from a birdseye view as well as the sweeping skyline of downtown Philly... marvelous! It is without pause, that we give this location a 5 star rating and would recommend it for future travelers! Much thanks to the homeowners for trusting us with your beautiful property!

Football Weekend

The property was clean, was as pictured, and was well stocked (really well stocked). We had one initial issue that was quickly fixed. Due to travel schedules, we had a luggage storage problem the day of check out and the owner could not have been nicer about it. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

I'd like to move in...

This is a great place to stay if you are coming into Philly with older kids! Right on the 17 bus line and 10m from Broad Street Line. Walkable with older kids to Passyunk for cheesesteak and cannoli. We had my family of 5 (mom/dad, boy, boy, girl). Boys stayed in the basement, mom and daughter on the 2nd floor, me and the hubs on the 3rd. The roof deck is wonderful. Highly recommend having coffee up there. Drinks at night would probably be lovely too but we were dang tired! The coffee shop up the street is THE BEST and we are coffee snobs. We did a lot of neighborhood walking, and it is urban. We are ok with that and thought it was a plus. Great hosts, very responsive. Spent more than one night on the couch looking at Redfin to see what it takes to move to the neighborhood!

Nice house

House is very nice. Great view from the roof. The weather was nice so we sat up there at night. It’s a mile or two walk to most sites, so it’s walkable to everything if you consider those distances walkable. There was a mixup with the cleaning crew at check-in but the owners were very responsive and addressed the issue right away.

Fabulous home away from home

This home was clean and had excellent amenities. The kitchen was well equipped and linens, beds, bathrooms, were wonderful. The rooftop deck was amazing, even though we had chilly weather! Parking is to be considered. You need to be prepared for many steps but it is worth it!!!

Well equipped and updated house. Enjoyed property, although need to be ready for 4 flights.

Although in a transitioning neighborhood, we felt comfortable and walked throughout the center city area. Loved the rooftop with the spectacular view of the city.
