For bookings greater than 1 month, the guests must pay to have a professional cleaning once a month. This is so our accommodations stay top-notch for future guests

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

*Pet Friendly: we only allow dogs for a pet fee of $80 per pet (we are highly allergic to cats)

1) No smoking inside the house -$250 fine if detected.
2) We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local residents.
3) No more than the number of people booked ON-PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected

5) Quiet hours from 8 pm to 8 am (50 decibels). We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property
6) Must have a valid govt ID & phone number on file.
7)Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.
8.) Please no dogs on furnishings unless covered with our or their own coverings
9.) Primary guest ID must match the name on my profile when checked by my host, and if there is anyone under 21 in the group the person booking & checking in must be over 25.

We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.
