Hideaway in this newly up-styled 2BR apt. Enjoy a quiet stay in this 5th floor private entranced beauty. Centrally located, easy access to everything Perth has to offer. Thoughtfully furnished & fully equipped. 2 bedrooms (1 KB & 2 SB), bathroom w/separate toilet. A short walk from the Queens Garden, the WACA, Royal Perth Hospital. Open living & dining area & private balcony. 1 secure car bay. FREE CAT bus services. Laundry w/washer & dryer. Starter amenities provided.

The Perth Zoo is a short ferry over to South Perth. Or use feet power to take a stroll to the WACA, Perth Mint, St Mary's Cathedral of Optus Stadium.

Our apartment is great for short and long stays, and big enough for a family. Starter amenities included. Ideally positioned in a great central location. This beauty has it all, large balcony, separate laundry, toilet and bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with stone bench-tops, big living and dining areas. There is a minimart and a café which are found on the ground floor. Close to a bottle shop, pubs and restaurants. Enjoy free unlimited WiFi Internet.

Fantastic

We came to Perth for a sporting competition. The apartment offered us all the convenience of being close to facilities & having a comfortable safe place to retreat too. Everything in the apartment was excellent. Thank you for having us.

Convenient location and spacious property

Good location, free public transport close to property. Two bedrooms and spacious dining and living area. Clean property, reasonable starter pack of tea, coffee etc. If you would like to have a few guests for dinner there are adequate cooking facilities and a dining table for six. Small balcony great for star gazing and some fresh air. Check in was easy. Would stay again.

Spacious accomodation in great location, not quite as the photos depicted, and in need of TLC. Cooking equipment not clean, range hood dripping residue, toilet fan noisy ... beds comfy tho and aircon was much appreciated!

Clean, good location.

The apartment is clean and has all the facilities you could ask for for a short stay. My sister found the beds a bit hard, but they were fine for me. Great access to the free Red CAT buses, with stops at either end of the block.

Good space for family

Inconvenient with key pick up and drop off but understand this is due to covid. We were confused with the listing as it stated ‘46 Hay street’ but this was the apartment number not the apartment street location. This resulted us spending an additional 15mins plus in the taxi trying to find the property on top of having to go to a separate location to collect the key. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay and we would consider staying again really great value for money and great having the washer and dryer with a young family.
