"Stayed here recently and overall it was an average experience. The location was a big plus; being close to downtown Pittsburgh made it really convenient to get around. The room itself was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the electronic fireplace was a nice touch that kept the room warm and cozy.
Unfortunately, cleanliness was an issue. When we arrived, there were crumbs on the sofa and parts of the floor felt sticky. The room just didn’t feel as clean as it should have been. The lighting...

"This hotel is located near the airport. The room was comfortable. I struggled with the cleanliness of the property. The stairwells were unkept, dirty garage cans and floors were not vacuumed very well. I found a dirty washcloth in the tub and mucus on the pen by the bedside. These things made me wondered about the hygiene of the room. "

"I will start by saying that property is bit far from the downtown area I had my business, but I am glad I chose this hotel. It is quiet, clean, comfortable (mattress could be better, but wasn’t too bad - a good night sleep is paramount in a hotel). The breakfast was fresh, hot but standard. A few things were missing - hot oats did not have standard condiments like almonds, raisin and brown sugar. But overall, staff is friendly. I will go there again, if I am in Pittsburgh. "Self check in was easier than I expected. It was just annoying that I had to access my email every time we needed to unlock our room door. It was in a good location, close to many restaurants, but not within walking distance to many of the sights. There was no onsite parking, but we found a parking garage about a five minute walk away for $20 a day. The room was comfortable and clean, but note the bed is VERY firm, so if you’re a side sleeper, it’s not the most comfortable.
