"The apartment suited all our needs. All I would say is it really isn’t good for a person to stay in the UPPER apartment who has disability and health problems as it is halfway up a bit of a hill. It was very difficult for me to venture out."

"Pros: - Very Clean - Spacious Flat - Very Smart Kitchen - Comfortable Bedding - Very Modern Bathroom - Close to the town and Sea - provided us Fresh Bread, Bacon and Better Cons: - This is a basement Flat and should have been listed as one - It can get rather noisy upstairs with banging and a dog running around - If you are afraid of Dogs, although the connecting door upstairs oppsoite the bathroom is locked, there was a few times the dog was heard near the door. "

"The accommodation was exactly what we wanted. Owners provided a ‘starter pack’ milk, tea, coffee. Nice touches. Owner was attentive, without being intrusive. Just right.Ideal location. A short walk from the middle of St Just, with pubs, hot food vendors and shops. Free parking near by. Short drive to beaches, and Cornwalls rugged coastline.What more could we ask for!"

"Very comfortable , quiet at night and well equipped great location to explore St Ives and Penzance, Mousehole. Easy walk to restaurants and a beautiful walk via promenade to Mousehole (1 hour). Parking was as advertised- and inconvenient but manageable. First rental we’ve stayed at where no shower soap was supplied. The primary suite needs a bathroom door! Reading the guest info book absolutely necessary or you’ll be searching for cutlery and clothes drying rack etc. "

"The property itself was fine. The interior was clean. The welcome goodies were much appreciated. The front entrance off the street was dirty--weeds, dead leaves from the plants, and trash littered the step-down entry. The bed was saggy and give both of us back aches. The worst part was unresponsiveness of the management team. The messages leading up to our arrival were inconsistent and confusing.
