"The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. "Property work out great for an overnight stay in Philadelphia for 4 adults. Price was reasonable, property was clean and as described. They are very clear about the fairly lengthy flight of stairs you have to take to get to this unit, so do not book if you have issues with stairs or have heavy luggage that you don’t want to haul up several steps.
