"The room was amazing spacious and clean to a high standard. My only issue was we paid for a sea view but had a call to say someone had booked 2 mins before myself and the sea view room had been taken. No offer of a refunded as we paid extra for the sea view that we didn’t get. "

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely room with comfortable beds and interesting design. Loved the old rotary phone. We had a problem with the TV and the staff were so obliging and moved us to another room. The staff went above and beyond to help us."
