"not a comfortable environment at all, cabin was full of bugs and cob webs everywhere, have to pay for guest’s to come visit. They say speed limit 5 mph but they zoom around on go carts going past cars, then tell the cars to slow down, because you’re not white!!!!!!! Most horrible experience ever!!! Then got police called on us as well!!!!! "

"Be aware you can’t dock a boat on Cayuga lake and leave with peace of mind. Too rough. A hoist is necessary. We had to pull boat out every evening and put it back in the morning. Luckily a state boat launch is 4 miles down road."

Not as steep of a walk to the water as many other rentals on the lake and not a ton of stairs either. It was chilly when we were there but the mini split and pellet stove kept us super cozy. If you like privacy,this was perfect. Its almost as if you are out in the woods even though you are right next to the main road."
