"All comms prior to our stay were great & guided us in until the day we arrived.The entrance to Arya was a lovely surprise more hotel than apartment block.The apartment itself was perfect for us from cleanliness, through to facilities & location. With the addition of a chilled bottle of wine & water we were super happy.The only issue we had was with WiFi connection for the TV which was porr & we kept losing signal"

"The room is exactly as pictured. It was very clean and well stocked with linens and basic needs. Easy check-in/out process. Location in Coconut Grove is excellent to walk to all the nearby restaurants, stores, and marina. I had a car and didn't move it for the weekend."

"I booked my stay with Vrbo, I had a few problems. 1)Front desk only works from 10am to 6pm, before I arrive to the property I asked about the parking arrangement and was never told that if my check in was after 6pm, I couldn't get access to the parking the first day. 2)I booked a studio for 3pp (one double/queen bed and a sofa couch), but when I arrive to the property there was only a double bed. I speak with hotel management and Vrbo and neither of them helped me, so I ended sleeping on an air...
