"The good: Great location in the Elmwood Village area. Extremely walkable. Once you're inside, the place is beautiful. It oozes charm and personality. The common areas are great, and our room was very, very nice. Comfortable bed, large bathroom, new TV, fridge. Parking was very convenient. Entry into the building and the room was great, with a custom code that worked on both doors. Finally, very responsive concierge (we interacted through text). The not-so-good: Our room was on the 1st floor, so...

"A dirty towel left hanging in the bathroom, coffee creamer, expired and only realized that after I had poured it into my coffee. Only one glass, and one bottle of water for two people. The cord to the K cup machine was zip tied! I had to take the coffee machine into bathroom to be able use it. I highly recommend double checking a room to make sure everything is in there and all towels are cleaned up! Went to the office twice morning and late afternoon yesterday, and there was no one to assist...

"I had to get the room.changed because the first room was extremely dirty, the bed sheets had not been changed, room had not been sept or mopped, bathroom was dirty.. The common areas and hallways looked dirty and unkept. Breakfast was okay. The lady that does the breakfast service was very clean and kept busy cleaning and serving fresh food."

"Room was very clean, and comfortable. Jacuzzi tub in room with lots of towels. Electric fireplace right in front of the sitting area, making it very comfy at night. Bed was memory foam topped. Two sinks, mini fridge, microwave, mini- coffee maker. The property has status everywhere, giving it such a nice feeling of peace, like a garden. In ground pool, every room had chairs on the front porch. All in all, very nice place to get away and relax. "
