"The room and grounds were all clean and check in was smooth and cordial. The morning of my departure, I used the iron provided in the room and on the first stroke it soiled and stained my white dress shirt. The underside of the iron had a sticky and dark substance near the steam holes at the top and left a brown smear on my shirt. I delivered the soiled and faulty iron to the front desk clerk. She offered to have the shirt cleaned, however it was my only shirt and seemed permanently stained."

"The hotel was good, majority of the staff were nice and helpful. The major things that i did not like was on our first day, the ice machine in our floor was not working. We were just told that someone will bring ice to our room. No one came. When i called the front desk, the guy i talked to was not very nice. He was yelling at me and saying there was another ice machine at our floor or we could have went to another floor. Well they should have told us that information the first time I complained...

"Not enough freedom in rooms for outside concessions to be brought in. No refrigerator to use because the mini bar refrigerator is stocked and monitored by pressure plates. Everything is tailored to make you spend more for convenience items. Which is somewhat expected but this place is on the excessive side of things. Location and excitement is at a premium here!"

"I thought the Polo Towers offered an excellent value for a safe, clean property that was only a short distance from the strip. This property offers a small apartment suite with a kitchen and a living room for less than a hotel room in a casino hotel. I especially liked “not” having casino in the hotel.
The room was quiet, the bed comfy and the shower was decent. The pool was basic and well maintained with a jacuzzi that was relaxing. The overall property was a little “tired” and could use some...
