Beautiful and large property in the heart of Tuscany.

The 200 year old property, Podere Querceto, has been respectfully and tastefully renovated. Located in the gorgeous landscape of the Tuscan countryside, the property is situated only a few km away from the medieval and romantic little town of Peccioli, whose feel, charm, history, and atmosphere you will simply embrace. The typical Tuscan landscape and the romantic panorama are unforgettable, enabling a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The large property and the well kept garden with its large trees, all offer a fresh climate and plenty of rest in the summer. There is ample space, ideal for families and adults alike. Podere Querceto is secluded from the many swarms of tourists, offering you the sort of Tuscany with hills, cypresses, olive groves, and fields you have always dreamed of.
The property is nicely suited for families as well as couples because of its very romantic setting. Ideal for resting and for your kids to play. There is plenty of room, indoors and out, and also space to park, of course.

Peccioli, Excursions, and Thermal Springs: It is surely worthwhile to enjoy the gorgeous scenery of the area, as well as the property itself, thanks to excursions to the small towns of the region, still untouched by tourists, such as Ghizzano, Libbiano, Montelopio, Cedri, or to such beautiful cities as Volterra, San Gimignano, or Florence, Pisa, and Siena. Allow yourself in Peccioli to indulge in the Italian small-town lifestyle, the wonderful cuisine and local specialties, the olive oil and wine, and the indescribable landscape. The small, nicely situated town of Casciana Terme is located just 16 km from Podere Querceto, offering its very relaxing, opened and closed hot springs. The location, the hardly driven roads, the typical Tuscan countryside, and the nature make it possible to enjoy wonderful bicycle excursions. There are two public swimming pools and two tennis courts in Peccioli, all within 5 min. from Podere Querceto. Of course, horseback riding can also be arranged.
Golf: A charming road, surrounded by beautiful scenery, brings you to Castelfalfi in only 15 minutes. Castelfalfi, and its golf course, is a beloved destination for golf fans.

Schön wars.

Vielen Dank für die zwei wunderschönen Wochen. Hervorzuheben sind die große Gastfreundschaft und die schnelle Hilfe, wenn es doch mal ein Problem gibt. Als Willkommensgruß gab es kleine landestypische Snacks. Der Garten ist riesig und sehr schön angelegt (diverse Olivenbäume) und gut gepflegt. Typisch für die Region ist er etwas abschüssig, Fußballspielen und ähnliches geht also nur bedingt. Manchmal hört man durch die leider etwas hellhörige Trennwand zum Nachbarhaus, wenn sich die Nachbarn etwas lauter unterhalten. Aber wirklich störend ist das insbesondere wegen der Größe der Wohnung nicht. Die gemütliche und überdachte Terrasse haben wir fast täglich zum Grillen genutzt. Anders als die Bilder sugerieren liegen die Wohnbereiche im ersten Stock, in den eine Treppe hinaufführt. Ebenerdig gibt es eine zusätzliche Dusche. Hervorzuheben sind noch die perfekt integrierten Mückengitter an allen Fenstern, durch die keiner der Plagegeister in die Wohnung kommt.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus mit Charme und großem Garten. Herzliche Begrüßung durch die Vermieter und gute und schnelle Kommunikation durch den Verwalter Matteo. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder! Grazie Mille!

riesige Privatvilla

Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um eine große Privatvilla (130 m2) in idyllischer Lage mit Blick auch Peccioli. Das Haus verfügt auch über eine Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Garage. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich zusätzlich eine Dusche und ein WC. Die Räume sind auch sehr hoch und verfügen so über ein angenehmes Raumklima. Zum Grundstück/Haus führt eine tadellose Schotterstraße (ca. 200 m). Im Nachbar Haus wohnt ein Sohn des Eigentümers. Die Betreuung war absolut perfekt (mehrsprachig)! Die Lage sehr zentral für Ausflüge zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Toscana. Wer eine private/idyllische Lage nahe eines wunderschönen Dorfes (Peccioli) bevorzugt ist hier am richtigen Platz. la casa ideale in toscana - das ideale haus in der toscana

c'è tutto in questa casa bellissima. siamo stati per quasi 2 settimane, ed eravamo etusiasmati dell'accoglienza cordiale, dell' abitazione ben arredata e del giardino paradisiaco. es gibt alles was man braucht in diesem wunderschönen haus. wir waren knapp 2 wochen hier und sind begeistert vom herzlichen empfang, von der schön ausgestatteten wohnung und dem paradiesischen garten.

Formidable

Notre séjour du 31 mai au 5 juin 2018. En dehors du fait que cette villa est magnifique, chaleureuse et confortable nichée sur les hauteurs de Peccioli, ce qui nous à le plus ému et l'immense gentillesse des propriétaires. Merci à Luciano et à Maria pour leur générosité et leur grand cœur.Vraiment de belles personnes dont nous garderons un excellent souvenir. Merci également à Mattéo notre correspondant par téléphone pour sa courtoisie et son bon français. Peccioli est un joli petit village près de toutes les beautés de la toscane. Nous conseillons vivement cette belle location. Nous avons adoré!!!

erholsamer Urlaub in schönem Ambiente - Grundstück und Wohnung

Der zweiwöchige Urlaub war sehr entspannend und der Service des lokalen Ansprechpartners - Hausmeister war überragend. Eine so zuvorkommende, zuverlässige Persönlichkeit ist selten zu finden. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Betten haben uns in der ruhige Lage eine angenehme Nachruhe bereitet. Die weichen Sitzmöbel sind teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pizza Ofen neben der Garage lädt förmlich zum persönlichen Pizza backen ein - was wir auch genutzt haben. Die Standortlage ist grundsätzlich interessant, um Touren in näherer oder weitere Entfernung der Toskana zu unternehmen.

Belle propriété au calme

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en Toscane. L'accueil de Lucianno a été très sympa. il est toujours au petit soin pour ses hôtes. Le gîte est très spacieux et confortable. Il est agréable d'y rester quand il fait trop chaud dehors! La maison est très bien placée pour visiter les meilleurs endroits de Toscane ( Pise, Florence, San Giminiano, Volterra). Un grand merci aussi à Matteo qui a su nous apporter son aide bien utile pendant le séjour.

Entspannter Urlaub in der Toskana

Tolles Landhaus mit riesigem Garten, komfortabel und freundlich eingerichtet. Super Service bei Ankunft und Abreise. Inmitten einer herrlichen Landschaft gelegen. Viel Ruhe, aber auch jede Menge kulturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.

Bardzo fajny dom, okolica typowo wloska, fajny klimat. Malo turystow sami lokalni. Jedyny minus to duzo komarow, ale w domu sa na oknach moskitiery. Bardzo mili wlasciciele. Kuchnia super wyposazona. Supermarket na piechote to jednak za daleko, autem jakies 10 min.

Très agréable séjour !!!!

Superbe maison et superbe propriété avec vue sur Peccioli imprenable. Nous avons passé 15 jours entre visites de la Toscane et repos très apprécié au gîte. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants (merci pour les petites attentions) et discrets. Nous avons tellement adoré cette région et cette maison que nous y reviendrons très volontiers. Merci pour tout. C'était des vacances de rêve !!! Famille de France

Schön gelegene Villa im Zentrum der Toscana

Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa ist in jeder Hinsicht zu empfehlen. Alle Highlights können von hier aus als Tagesausflug besichtigt werden. Im nahe gelegenen Dorf Peccioli wurden wir schon am zweiten Tag von jedem gegrüßt , die ganze Atmosphäre war sehr familiär, auch durch die sehr netten Vermieter, die uns mit Rat und tat zur Seite standen.

Bella Toscana!!!

Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei Ihnen bedanken. Die Woche in der Toscana war wunderschön. Wir waren das zweite mal in der Toscana und waren von Land und Leuten fasziniert. Die Wohnung mit ihren Stilvollen Möbeln war sehr groß und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. .Herzlichen Dank auch an die Besitzer und deren Sohn Stefano,die uns sehr nett empfangen und betreut haben!!! Sehr schön und super nett

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Haus Podere Querceto verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und haben für unsere Kinder alles mögliche getan, das Sie möglichkeiten zum spielen und baden hatten. Das Grundstück ist ein sehr gepflegter abgeschlossener Garten, in dem man sich gut erholen kann. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, sauber und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Sehr gut fanden wir auch die Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

erholsamer Urlaub für die ganze Familie

Wir, 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern und 3 Hunden waren in den Pfingstferien in diesem wunderschön rustikal eingerichtet Haus. Dieses liegt oben auf dem Hügel mit einem schönen Blick über die Toskana auf den Ort. Die Vermieter sind superliebe und sehr hilfsbereite Menschen! Alles entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung! Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder dort Urlaub machen! :)

Toskana-Traumurlaub für die ganze Familie

Dieses wunderschöne Haus, das wir mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern im Zeitraum vom 30.06. - 14.07.12 gemietet hatten, hat uns einen unvergesslichen Urlaub beschert. Die Vermieter waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Alles entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung. Der parkähnliche Garten mit Oliven- und Obstbaumbestand ist ein Traum. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Urlaub.

Super Haus mit gr. Grundstück + netten Vermietern

Das Haus ist wunderschön rustikal eingerichtet und liegt oben auf dem Hügel mit einem schönen Blick über die Toskana. Die Vermieter waren super nett. Kann das Haus für 2-5 Personen jederzeit empfehlen. Ausflüge mit dem Auto ca. jeweils 60 Min. in alle umliegenden Orte, wie Pisa, Florenz, Lucca, etc.
