"Great looking house with on site parking. The house was beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchenbwas great to cook meals when we didn't want to go to the restaurant. Chiara communicated with us during the whole trip which made the check-in and check out process flawless. "We wanted to stay someplace in quiet beautiful Tuscany and this property was located perfectly. The house is a guest house and the main house is near. It is perfectly and remotely located with the most beautiful views! The patio and outdoors are so beautiful and rustic. It is a drive to do anything but so many little towns and villas to visit. Note, the bedroom is a loft with a sturdy steps but low ceiling."

"The checkin, checkout and overall communication with Luca was phenomenal, he was very helpful also with restaurant reservations. The house was spacious and the kitchen has everything one needs. The showers are also very good and Luca and his family prepared everything so nice for our baby. The garden is huge and we would have loved to swim in the pool, but the weather wasn't warm enough. "Beautifully restored home in a gorgeous Tuscan setting, The distant views of the sunrises and sunsets were incredible. The villa provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. The house was located just off of a rugged country road near the historic town of Chianni, where there are many good restaurants. Marica empfing uns sehr herzlich und überraschte uns mit einem Obstkorb und einer Flasche Wein.❤️ Der Ausblick, der Garten und der Pool machten den Ort perfekt. Von dort aus konnten wir viele Ausflüge unternehmen und haben tolle Städte und Orte besichtigen können. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!"

"We loved this villa and it's surroundings. If you're looking for a remote getaway, this is a definite winner. The roads leading to the villa are a little sketchy but as long as you have a decent vehicle you will be fine. Great place to stay if you have a car and are wanting to do day trips."

"The place is in the middle of a huge green area, ideal for those who want peace and quiet location. We were in group of 19 and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Marco, the owner, is very attentive to all details and always around to help. House ammenities were a plus for those rainy days when we could not visit sorrounding Tuscan cities."

"We loved our stay. The property is gorgeous, tucked away in the beautiful hills of Tuscany. The view in the morning with the sun coming up was incredibly picturesque. Worth noting that the property is located in the hills and out of the way of any amenities but it does have a Conad (supermarket) about 25-30 mins away. Place is clean and well organised, plenty of towels etc."

"This property is stunning both inside and out. Truly an oasis in the hills of Tuscany. House is fully stocked and pristine. We had the best time and would highly recommend. One bit of caution is to ensure you take the right road (Via di Monte). Check google maps before you head to the property and make sure you take the right route. Other than that, I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful stay."
