"This property is the only beach front hotel that I know on Pawleys and Litchfield Beaches. Property is well appointed with two restaurants and two pools. The property is well cared for. The beds were delicious! The only thing I would say that was lacking was adequate staff for room attention, i.e. cleaning, towels and coffee. You can always request coffee supplies from front desk, etc. Otherwise, it was excellent and I will definitely stay here again!"

"The facility was undergoing a significant renovation so resturants weren't open yet. Lots of other resturants in area so this wasn't a large inconvienience. Room was a basic hotel room, clean with new bedding. Overall property had a couple pools that were near the beach that also looked renovated. For the money it was a good choice."

"Property is an older property but has a lot to offer. Room was big with pretty good amenities. Property was conveniently located with great beach access. Over all, the stay was great and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful."
