"The WiFi never worked. We called, did our own rebooting, waited, texted and in the end gave up. There had been some painting done and there were remnants of paint scraping in various locations (by the way the paint job was terrible- host ought to make them go back and re-do it!) Decor and furniture were dated but comfortable. Beds were hard and very uncomfortable. (Honestly the biggest disappointment). We really liked the community and location was fantastic. Great golf course views. Very...

"Everything was great. Central location to beach and shops. Quiet area. Very clean inside but I needed to run to TJ Maxx to grab a broom to sweep both front and back porches or we’d of been tracking in all the old dried up pine needles. Guessing that’s not part of the cleaner’s areas."

"Check in required standing in line for too long (almost 45 minutes). More help was needed at the desk of Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort. There was also a problem at the desk with check out. While leaving the building, I noticed that my check out had been completed under a different customer's name. I had to go back to the desk to have it corrected. So, the check in and check out could have been much better. Thank you!"

"My family and I stayed at Gage’s place in Pawley’s Island! Gage was an incredible host. He was very responsive, easy to talk to, and willing to help when something came up! And not to mention the house is right near a grocery store when we needed last minute items and we were less than 5 minutes from the beach!
