"Very clean house and nice proprietor. A small breakfast of coffee and pastry is even provided, which is very sweet. Close to the 95 without being loud, and the house feels very safe.Would recommend staying here, especially for the price. Two things I would flag (none of them dealbreakers at all—just information for those that might need it): (1) the very nice host will meet you and show you to your room. If you are arriving late, that is something you should flag since alternative arrangements...

"Everything was perfect from the first communication to the surprise piece of apple pie upon arrival. The room was cozy, comfortable and had every amenity, even bowls for my pet and a play-ball. It was truly a joy to stay at the Carriage House."

"This rental was amazing. The unit was exceptionally clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was more than the usual blah hotel version; very large, very fresh and very tasty. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars through was I had been getting notifications of messages from host pre check-in, but no message appeared. All in all it only took an additional 5 or 10 minutes to check in. I would definitely stay there again."
