This 800-square-foot private two-story, townhouse-style apartment blends the charm of a historic New England home with modern comfort. Guests enjoy a private entrance, comfortable living room, two bedrooms, a sofa bed, full bathroom, and a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and meal-preparation essentials. Relax in your own private area on the home’s classic wraparound porch—the perfect place for morning coffee or unwinding after a day exploring Downtown Mystic.

Downstairs, you’ll find the kitchen, dining and living areas. Upstairs are both bedrooms and the bathroom.

Central heating and cooling, WiFi, Smart TV, laundry are also included.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire private apartment, private entrance, two dedicated off-street parking spaces, and their own private area on the wraparound porch. Self-check-in instructions will be provided before your arrival.

Stairs are required to access the rental. The apartment is also two stories, with the kitchen, living, and dining areas on the first floor and both bedrooms and the bathroom on the second floor.

A Little About Us

Dan grew up in this house, and the apartment you’re staying in was once his grandmother’s home. It’s been in our family for generations, and we’re happy to share a little piece of its history with our guests.

We have two kids—one in college and one a senior in high school—and a friendly Bernedoodle named Roxy, who stays on our side of the property. Between work, school, our kids' sports and everything else, we’re often out and about, but always happy to help if you need anything.
