"The room was filthy with bugs in the bathroom, by the sink on the counter I had to clean it with Clorox before my grand daughter an I brushed and wash our face before going to bed. Then we go to take a shower it was horrible I had to use a hand towel to put in shower for both of us. "Kevin and Christina were in touch with us if needed but everything was explained very well in the messages they sent us.
