"Es un condominio amplio, lujoso bien amueblado y equipado, con una vista espectacular desde el balcón y la piscina privada. La localización perfecta muy cerca de San José, con una pequeña caminata ( que incluye una cuesta pronunciada) se llega a la hermosa playa blanca. El único inconveniente es que el alquiler no incluye el acceso a las instalaciones del club punta leona y eso hace que la experiencia no sea tan agradable porque no se puede accesar a los restaurantes, baños en la playa, carritos...

"Location was fabulous! On beach and quick walk to town. Perfect. Pool was beautiful and large. Only ‘hiccup’ was the shower head probably needed cleaning out because very little water came from the shower head off entry. Patio furniture was peeling and rusty."

"This was by far our BEST family vacation yet. The property is amazing, very clean and well stocked. This unit is perfect for accessing the amazing pool area and beachfront. We were within walking distance grocery stores and restaurants and a short drive to waterfall tours and breweries. We fished out of Los Suenos for a day and brought back 7 large yellowfin tuna! We loved waking up to stunning ocean views and a song our days with gorgeous sunsets. Our last night ended with a dream proposal at...

"We loved our stay at Monte Carlo Condo. Everything about it was as near to perfect as possible. Everyone there was friendly and warm, especially Nelson at the gate. Our unit was clean and well stocked. Cleaning staff was also friendly and responsive. Wonderful place and we would definitely return. Thanks Christian for a well managed place. Loved it!!"

"The apartment is beautiful and classy, and the surrounding area is fantastic!! The pools are just a short walk away and very nice. The landscaping is gorgeous. The club pool is walkable distance, though we preferred to drive, and is very nice to visit! You can tell it is a fairly new rental, as there are a few small flaws - some of the upstairs bedroom curtains not working properly, the upstairs bed was pretty squeaky and loud (we may have only noticed since we were trying not to wake a baby...

"This is a great house for a large group of people. Very roomy. Amazing view. Quick 5 minute walk to the beach. A/C and wifi worked well. Super Sol is a quick walk and has everything you need. Walk up the hill is steep and the house has lots of stairs but would recommend without hesitation. Great pizza place nearby. Los Alamandros has great food and if you're looking to surf, Brett's Boards is amazing.l"

"This comfy condo was exactly as advertised. A 5 minute walk to the beach, with shops, pharmacy, restaurants etc. along the way (3 min. walk). We loved the huge beautiful pools and 3 jacuzzis. We also enjoyed a day at the beach (umbrella/chair rental $20/day). Shawn went above and beyond for us. He is an excellent host. We would definitely stay there again. The condo was great and the location is amazing."
