Perfect setting for fisherman, surfers or just someone just looking to get away from it all. Hunker down in one of the closest units to the marina and marina shops. Relax in one of the three swimming pools serving these private villa condominiums. Explore the beach, golf course and trails in the surrounding secure, master planned resort. World class restaurants are walking distance from this unit as well as the Marriott Hotel and Casino. This is the ultimate location to home base in Costa Rica with proximity to the airport and San Jose. Juxtaposed perfectly for day trips to Manuel Antonio National Park, Volcano Arenal and with the town of Jaco 10 kilometers away, you can party in the discos and escape to this retreat.

This luxury vacation condominium features three bedrooms and three and a half baths. Lounge in the sprawling well appointed master suite on the king size bed; on the private balcony or in the five piece master bath. The other bedrooms each feature two double beds in each, their own baths and balconies as well.


The design of the Bella Vista units incorporates a unique combination of hardwood cabinetry and accents, wrought iron detailing and imported ceramic tile creating a rustically elegant interior reminiscent of colonial times. This property is just great - our second stay and we WILL be back. Well outfitted and plenty of room. We, again, were a party of three couples and it exceeded our needs.Check in/out was a breeze. Highly recommend! Pura Vida!

Beautiful Place

We loved our stay here. The place where it is located, Los Sueños, was an amazing resort area. The grounds and pool areas are all beautifully well maintained. This condo, Bella Vista 2C, was clean and spacious and super nice inside and out. We had everything we needed. It was even better than the photos. When you book, make sure they’re giving you the condo you booked. Thankfully I got 2C, but they tell you they can give you a different unit. That was a huge concern for me, but it worked out.

Beautiful place and easy to reserve, the condo is beautiful. the only reco is to have a flashlight or candles since the power when off in the total Los Suenos resort for more than 2 hrs, no help from Stay in Costa Rica or the front guard of Bella Vista Area

BEAUTIFUL CONDO INSIDE RESORT PROPERTY

The condo was even better than the pictures showed!! Very spacious, clean, comfortable beds, washer & dryer we could use, plus the best part, we had access to the resort pool!!! We really enjoyed our stay and the only thing we wish was that we could have stayed longer!! Check in and check out was very easy over at the office close to the marina. Would 100% stay here again and would recommend to all family & friends!

Bargain for Los Sueños!

We went to celebrate my mother's 75th with grandkids. Condo was exactly as pictured and in the best location in the subdivision. Things to know: Bring beach towels. We had to wash towels daily. If handicapped this is not the resort for you. You have a few steps before an elevator You must rent a golf cart as the grounds are enormous if you aren't fit to walk. We found it fun to drive around Restaurants are American prices on and off the resort Beach club pool is awesome and has great service. We spent most of our time at the pool. Beach is not swimmable. All activities can be booked at front desk and we did several. Great service and they were available 24hrs to help with any questions we had during our stay Most other units are renting for double or more. Book before you miss out! Other than a fresh coat of paint the unit was perfect. Most people stay in several parts of the country. We stayed the entire time here because of my 75yr old mother. If I went again I would probably do a few days in different spots.

El condominio y el lugar es increíble, Las instalaciones del Condo y la casa club son muy muy buenas. Solo un cobro de último momento, que no se reflejaba a la hora de realizar la reserva, pero aún con este cobro inesperado, la unidad tiene buen precio por lo que ofrece.

Fantastic!

We loved staying in Bella Vista 2-C. Extremely close to the pool club and the marina/shops. The grounds in Los Suenos are beautiful and the views from the condo are as well. Can’t wait until we can go back!

This was an absolutely fantastic suite for a vacation! This is a condo in a community of multi-million-dollar condos. We typically vacation at Disney because we like how much effort Disney puts into the environment. This development has the same feeling! Very safe, you can walk to anywhere on the very large property... Love this place!

Family Relaxation

This property is one of opulence. The home was very nice to relax and spend the days in the multiple pools located throughout the properties. Having access to the Beach club was a nice option. Grocery store is down the street with on property restaurants. (2) minor issues were that the drier did not work and the outlets in the smaller bedrooms did not work. We reported to the main desk though building engineers did not respond to our request. We would recommend this to anyone looking to relax an a top level (fishing/golf) resort community.

LOVED LOVED LOVED - Even better than the pictures!

First we loved the location of Bella Vista Condos within Los Suenos, it is the closest to the Marriott Resort, Beach Club, and Marina Village. Once we arrived, we were blown away how BIG the condo was. The photos do not do this unit justice, it is gorgeous, seems “newer” than the pictures depict, and VERY clean and well taken care of. Love the bedroom setups, Master with king and HUGE master bath and private balcony . The two other bedrooms each have two queen beds in them , each with their own Private Bathrooms, own TVs, and their own private balconies. I didn’t know this from the pictures and it was a great surprise. Great stock of kitchenware , hairdryers, and enough closet space to. Nice view overlooking Bella Vista pool area. You cannot see the ocean from this unit, but we knew that when we rented it. We rented a golf cart and it did make the time even more enjoyable…but from Bella Vista the Marriott restaurants, bars are any easy walk through the beach club. Only two items that could be improve our stay - but very minimal. 1. Pool Towels, we didn’t have enough towels for all of us for bath and pool. We literally had to buy towels, as we asked the mgmt company and they said on,y what’s in unit. 2. Mattresses….they are all Super Firm. A simple 4 inch memory foam topper would be heaven on these beds.

Perfection

Everything was great with the condo, the Los Suenos resort, excursions, and food. Check in with “Stay in Costa Rica” staff was straightforward and easy. They were also amazing at helping us rent a golf cart (very helpful for my mom who struggles with longer walks), booking zip line tours, surfing lessons, and airport transfers. The condo was spacious and well stocked with essentials. The pool at the condo was quiet and peaceful; when we wanted more social vibe the Beach Club pool rocked! Zero complaints and already talking about when we can come back!

Didn’t want to leave

Amazing property! Me and my friends enjoyed our stay. The home was BEAUTIFUL and had everything you would need for your stay! We didn’t want to leave. Make sure you arrive during business hours. We arrived after and check in was a bit stressful. The views here are amazing. The staff/guards were very helpful and friendly. We even got access to the beach club! A plus! The only downside was there was a run in with hot water. One day the master shower didn’t have hot water, another day the master sink didn’t. No other bathrooms had any issues. I will def stay here again!
