"I reserved your hotel for Feb 13th. I tried to check in about 3:30 and no one was at the counter. There was a note to call a number and that number rang to the front desk where no one was. I checked back between 4:00-4:15 and still no one there. I had to get to changed and get to a meeting and could wait any longer. "We had two rooms. Room A: was dirty, missing a pillowcase, shower so gross we didn’t use, and way too hot despite using the heat/cool system. Room B stank strongly of cat urine and we couldn’t get it warm even though heater set to 80. Will not say here again. "

"This hotel was in great condition. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast very good. Very clean. Great location for our needs. Our only complaints are that the bed seemed old and hard. The walls/floors are also thin so we were kept up by loud late arrivals above us. Hotel staff was very prompt to address this on our behalf when we called the front desk, though. Staff was top notch. "As someone who has stayed here multiple times this time was such a let down. We pulled out the pullout bed and the sheet was not changed and covered in sta8ns. The tub had pubes all around it. Seemed someone cleaned in a hurry. Not a deal breaker, but hope they improve for next time."

"Only hotel in the world advertising toilet paper as an amenity you guessed it, no TP. Didn’t like that they stick you with 18% at the bar even if there’s only two! The reason? It’s a club. I guess the members are cheap. I missed the parking ordeal but I saw some madness. But overall great and I’ll be back without a car and will steer clear of the bar."

"One of the worst hotel experiences. We stayed two nights Friday night and Saturday night, but we’re told there was no refund available for Saturday night. So without accommodations we had to stay. On Friday there were many people, including the staff that were sitting in the lobby, drinking and being very loud past 11 at night.
