"Although the room had been "cleaned" it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. It was a no smoking room. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom was falling off, so you couldn't close the door. The faucet in the sink in the room was dripping, the only chair was dirty, and the upholstery was so worn there were holes in it. We did not stay. We forfeited our payment and left."

"Room was very nice and comfortable. Appreciated the temprepedic mattress topper. Also, slow clap and extra stars for supplying 3 pillows per person and 3 types of pillow. Well done. Robes, nice continental breakfast, GREEK yogurt parfait bar. AND yet another solid choice, GLASS not plastic bottles of San Pelecrino in the no host honor bar. Tiny area for improvement, great job having a bottle of still water and glasses waiting the room. Refill the bottle in the mornings or...place a pitcher...

"We were not at the hotel much but the halls and room were quiet, the beds comfortable and location awesome for walking to the park, concerts (our reason) and downtown. Breakfast for us was vouchers at the restaurant which was really nice. We saw the outside pool full of people but didn't get to join them. The hotel also has a generous check out time of Noon and that helped given our late night arrival back."

"Property overall was well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Only real issue was the shower didn’t work very well (most of the water came out of tub faucet)."

"The staff was very helpful in changing our room from an accessible one to one that wasn’t. They also accommodated a request to place us on a different floor than the big group of kids that was staying there. Our room was well equipped and clean. The bed was comfortable, water free, and the view was outstanding."
