"We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! "Although the room had been "cleaned" it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. It was a no smoking room. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom was falling off, so you couldn't close the door. The faucet in the sink in the room was dripping, the only chair was dirty, and the upholstery was so worn there were holes in it. We did not stay. We forfeited our payment and left."

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room itself was not well maintained. As shown in the photos, there were stains on the walls, the flooring was coming up in multiple places, and there were cigarette burn holes in the bedspread. Overall, the condition of the property did not match our expectations, and we would not choose to stay here again. Out the back of the hotel sadly was a family with children, 2 dogs and what looked like all their belongings."

"There's not to much unique at all about the property. The property is pretty run down. Strange people hanging out in parking lot. My room door wouldn't lock with a simple close, I had to slam it like 5 or 6 times to get it to lock. Never felt safe at night in my room with the door situation."

"My main complaint had to do with the bathroom in my room. I discovered the toilet wouldn’t flush after urinating in it; and the sink wouldn’t drain without holding the drain stopper up. Parking was easy, staff was helpful, and breakfast was better than most."

"This was a really great hotel that has been renovated and part of bringing a core back to the downtown of Spokane. Great restaurants around and the complimentary breakfast at Rosie's was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again. Our pillows in the room seemed a little older and small but it could be that replenishing with new items are taking some time. Really nice stay."
