"Enjoyable"

"this was the absolute best place to stay in memphis! it’s exactly as shown in the photos, but somehow better? the room’s flourishes were so thoughtful. we were greeted by squirrels in the morning. the hosts were communicative & the whole process was smooth! we will definitely stay here again! oh & the shower.. the water pressure is perfect & the shower gel/hair products smell divine!"

"Roomy loft with cool “Elvis Tribute” theme. Our boys enjoyed playing the guitar. Host very helpful and accommodating. "

"Breakfast wasn’t anything special. There were some black bugs that were found in the bathroom at night (not bed bugs, likely just some time of beetle due to the moisture). "

"Room was clean but the sheets were itchy and had white dots on it not sure if they wasn’t washed or I could we could be allergic to washing powder. The staff was nice. However upon arrival the lady didn’t give good details and just seemed like she was trying to get us out of the way. Other than that everything was great; the room was nice the rooftop was also nice. It was raining so we didn’t get to experience the pool!"

"Had a good stay here. It really is one of a kind. We had a good time. Check in is at 4pm which is a bit of a shame in my opinion, luckily we got in an hour or so early. Room was clean but did find cookie crumbs all over the coffee machine area. We stayed in the duck cabin and it was really impressive. My only gripe was the balcony wasnt private like the other rooms. Id also like to see maybe a few more restaurants/bars here. They could make a fortune here by keeping on the property. Either way...

"The hotel was in a perfect location, its is about 3 blocks from Beale. There is a cool hotel bar with live music and great staff"

"The room was clean and the housekeeping staff was friendly. From our room you could hear music from the street late at night, so if you try to get to sleep early, staying here or anywhere on beale street probably wouldn't be the best choice. Showers/bathtubs need to be updated as well, but over all the room was clean and maintained."

"For the price I paid for the room and the reviews that were left by other Expedia members I was really surprised at the state of this place. Scuffed walls and marked up carpet. Hallways in bad shape. Mold in the shower. Hair on the sink. And there’s a surprise $22 charge for parking that I did not see anywhere when I booked. The night attendant seemed annoyed by me just being there. I tried to be as kind and patient as possible. Fine for a one night stay, but NOT worth what I paid."

"It started wonderfully… Staff at the front desk was welcoming, friendly and kind every time we came and went. However, our room was never cleaned despite repeated requests to both the cleaning staff in person, the “clean my room” tag hung on the door, and direct requests to the front desk. 4 days, 3 nights. Not ONCE. I had to go to the front desk to get towels and fresh sheets the third night, they wouldn’t even bring them up because only one person was working. Terrible experience, would...

"Great location, staff was very helpful - one night we were locked out of the parking lot because they lock the gate at a certain hour. However, the valet attendant recognized our car and opened the gate, so we didn't have to go all the way around the building. This was wonderful because I just had foot surgery and really didn't plan to have to walk a long distance. "

"We loved our room. It was exceptionally clean with well- throughout amenities. Only thing that was even a little annoying was the sounds of traffic and surrounding entertainment. This went into the wee hours of the morning, but we still had a pretty restful night!"
