"Am a Hilton Honors member, was supposed to have 2 bottles of water in the room. None was there, on my wsy out for a dinner date I stopped by the front desk and mentioned this....they said they'd put 2 in the room. Didn't happen...disappointed!!"

"Clean, comfortable rooms. Hotel does have a few food options near by but car service was wonderful as it’s not near most of the restaurants & shops. Overall great hotel!"

"Parking is 40 dollars a day. Bait and switch on 25 dollars credit. Hidden fees on your bill. Look over before leaving You can hear threw the rooms and our room 511 at 6 am in the morning we are awoken to a bagging sound that did not go away. I inform the front desk and he checked out. they apologized but did not offer accommodation. Great location to downtown but there are better hotels you can go to and they don't have a pool!!"

"Embassy Suites is a perfect spot near the PWM. Great breakfast with everything you could imagine! Airport shuttle literally takes minutes. Very convenient stay!"

"ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN; STAFF DID NOT HELP CLEAN IT WHEN WE TOLD THEM IT WAS NASTY. DIRTY SHOWER, OUR FEET TURNED BLACK ON THE FLOORS, BED SHEETS HAD CRUMBS IN THEM. NEVER GOING BACK."

"$40 parking/night is way too much for this hotel. Rooms are old, no character and the bathroom has paint peeling all over the ceiling and walls."

"It’s located in a busy, noisy area…. The police had a guy stopped in the parking lot and ha 3 cruisers blocking the entrance while they arrested him. There were dirty towels left hanging on the shower curtain bar….. bed was decent. Breakfast was shy on selection but the coffee was ok."

"Structurally building is old, which is evident in room (walls, fixtures, bathroom). Common areas are kept well, and staff is good. Parking is adequate and Tesla supercharger is convenient. For the price, room is not to standard in my opinion. Queen beds are more twin sized."
