"Room was good with two separate beds. Marketplace with complimentary coffee was good and proximity to Congress Street & downtown was great. It seems that housekeeping chooses what rooms to clean because my room was passed TWICE by them. First time, I had to request from front desk, second time, I didn't bother as check out was next day. Phone in room was dead & maintenance had to flick a switch to fix it."

"Very nice hotel and centrally located in Providence, I was able to easily walk everywhere that I wanted to go and they also provide a shuttle if needed. My only complaint is I was excited to try the Heavenly bed, and found it very uncomfortable which made for a couple nights of poor sleep."

"The property was very clean and quiet. The outside parking was ample and the surface had just been re-paved. The room was clean and comfortable, the a/c worked great and we had plenty of hot water with adequate water pressure. Breakfast was simple (bagels, waffle, cereal, eggs/sausage)but adequate. The location was centralized and easy to get in/out of. Felt safe during our stay. No complaints and would re-book here if the need arises."

"The staff was fine but not always as helpful as they could have been. The rooms were great and the beds clean and comfortable. The shower floor needed to be cleaned but the rest of the place was great. It’s in a wonderful location so we could walk to all the places we wanted to visit. The airport is just 20 minutes away."

"Very nice and clean loft apartments. Highly recommend for travel with families. No front rest person or traditional hotel amenities but services requests were answered super promptly. Would definitely stay here again."

Feels much more boutique hotel like, quaint, way more appeal than a big "chain" hotel. I would want to book for more than a week to be able to use kitchen and flexibility of apartment-like feel."
