"Hi we went on a small vacation to old Orchard Beach was excited because the hotel was close by only a 12 minute drive to only learn that the Hotel air-conditioning really didn’t work. The staff gave us fans couldn’t sleep. It was so hot in the rooms. There’s only one elevator and then there’s only one ice machine in the whole hotel for four floors then the ice machine runs out so there’s no ice. I don’t feel this Hotel cares about its customers and we would definitely never stay there again. I’m...
