"Great location, very convenient and communicative host."

"Room are constantly humid since almost all lack any window at all. The shower/toilet is just a glass partition inside the bedroom and it never drys. Your clothes, linen and luggage absorb the moisture and get wet. Management had no solution and refused cancellation. After strong words and 3 days, allowed upgrade to one of the few rooms with window. The “wonderful” reviews posted seem clearly fake. Cleaning staff made a great effort to make the room livable"

We’re back at the Front Desk around 11 AM next morning. This was a huge inconvenience and a lot of money."

"Bolehlah...padan dengan harganya"

"Must improve"

"Very efficient host, easy to communicate and fast to respond even though my booking was a last minute deal."

There was low communication from the host, and while I can understand their business, my group was definitely under-equipped heading into our stay. The elevators were also under maintenance at the time and were not the easiest to use. It was moderately clean, but not the cleanest. Not a bad place, but...
