"Avoid Room 22 floor, doors, bed squeaked. Door for the corridor was right next to our room every time someone opened it , it banged shut and the whole room shook. The boiler must also be close to the room or a main pipe noise from it all night ! Staff were all very nice and helpful. We had pre-booked a table for dinner stating not in the middle of the room or in between two others disappointed when it was bang smack right in the middle and no other tables we could have . Wouldn’t stay again. "

"Stunning facility that was clean, quiet and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with my upgrade and meal at the restaurant. The bar was also great. The only disappointment was that my 6am wake-up call didn't come as I requested. Otherwise, very happy."

"Yes to both. Room very clean. Staff friendly. We have two concerns. The main one was that the lift wasn't working and none of the rooms were on the ground, or first, floor. We weren't warned of this beforehand. There were also steps outside down to get to the hotel part and up to get to the restaurant part. Also, we found the room very very hot overnight and couldn't do anything about it. Otherwise fine."

"The Maldron Glasgow city is centrallylocated between the Queen Street and Central Glasgow stations. 20 minute walk to the Glasgow Cathedral. 30 minute walk to KelvinGrove Park. An oasis in the heart of a busy downtown full of shops and restaurants. We ate most our meals at the restaurant because the food was good and the service was excellent. I would absolutely stay at a Maldron again."

"Superb Hotel, Very clean, value for money, excellent staff, food excellent and location less 8min from Argyle Street train station. View of the river and two brdges from the hotel room was breathtaking. Thoroughly enjoyed this stay. Would fully recommend anyone coming to Glasgow for a stay"

"The Room was small but it had everything that was required and it was clean. The two reception staff whom i talked with were cautious and polite, the breakfast was good and reception was helpful when i asked about buses. It is a 40min walk from Buchanan Bus Station but quite easy with google maps. The music venue Oran Mor just a five minute walk away also The Botanical Gardens just the same."

"Room was clean, but a little old feeling. The staff was great, there was an issue with the key cards when I arrived (they weren't working) , but the staff were vigilant in making sure that they were available to escort me to my room and let me in with the master key. Thankfully that only happened the first evening I was there. It also appeared that only one of the elevators was working. Despite being on a "high floor" (the 5th) the noise from the street could still be heard, which didn't bother...
