"Room didnt get cleaned. The TV wouldn't turn off with multiple TV remotes and the showers had no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles. Location was convenient and the waffles at breakfast were solid."

"The bed was incredibly comfortable and the TV was a very nice size! However, cleanliness did not seem to be too high on the list. Sink and shower was wiped down but dirt and smears on doors and light switches and dust behind the door and around the toilet.. those things were pretty noticeable. We just needed a place to stay for two nights, and I would probably stay again."

"First let me say I love that my service was welcomed with no issues. But the room that I was given was not the best, light fixture in restroom was messed up the toilet seat was not bolted down, the chair in the room looked like my uncle sat in it everyday for the past 50 years I was scared to sit in it because it looked like I would fall through if I did. The room like it had been renovated but not finished.Next room was being renovated so we heard the banging on the walls early in the morning....

"You will be surrounded by barking dogs. You cannot sleep here at all. Tips: Confine dogs to selected area, not to be around other guests. Consider better soundproofing. Customer service terrible. Their response was "We are a pet friendly property and understand there can be noise." They did nothing."

"Breakfast was the standard fare, yet tasteful. Coffee was good and hot. Room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. Nice walking distance about 3-5 minutes from the harbor shops and Lake Ray Hubbard. Highly recommend doing that. Walking distance to eating. Air conditioner was louder than "white noise" limit to me. Overall a 4 stars because both elevators were out of order by the end of my stay."

"Buenas las instalaciones. Pero no está bien insonorizado. Se escucha todo lo que pasa en el freeway cercano. No tienen seguridad y no había quien pidiera silencio a muchachos a medianoche. Lo demás muy bien. Ventanas que no dejen pasar sonido son importantes. Ojalá renueven. Y seguridad para reforzar tranquilidad a los huéspedes es muy importante."

"The room was very clean and very friendly staff. We enjoyed the stay. Couple of issues with our key never working when we returned to room. We had to go back down to desk everyone which got very annoying considering it was a four night stay. They never assigned my room to wi-fi. Also, my son left a piece of jewelry there. He didn’t remember till we got to airport so he called, they looked and found it which was awesome. The problem is my son sent them the shipping label for it and it’s been 2...

"I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff has been absolutely amazing. The staff is constantly cleaning. This is the cleanest hotel I have seen in my 20+ years of travel. The breakfast buffet was great. Kudos to the management team at this hotel. Hilton needs to use this hotel as their standard for excellence."
