"Great location that you can walk to several dining options as well as a movie theater. Clean rooms, indoor pool/outdoor patio was well kept. Onsite laundry was available with 2 washers/2 dryers (it was always in use when I was there) Overall I would stay here again versus another hotel in the area that I have stayed at."

"The Grand is a nice property. Very quiet and clean with a friendly staff. Appreciate the urn of ice water available in the lobby. It's well situated downtown. Very happy with my room. The bed was huge! The room did get a bit stuffy at night even with the ceiling fan. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Very much enjoyed my short stay. Visited family so definitely staying at The Grand again. "

"The staff at this hotel are SO nice. Every time I had a question or need they went above and beyond being helpful. The room was nice, the kitchen is very handy. My only snag during my stay was our garbage disposal wasn't working and after the first day the sink in the kitchen would fill with water quickly, making washing dishes difficult. I asked about it twice, but I think they were having trouble getting maintenance out. I would stay here again!"

"When we arrived after driving for eight hours, we discovered upon entering our room that it did not have a sofa bed, which we had specifically reserved. However, following a discussion with the front desk, we were upgraded to a larger room at no additional charge. We were grateful that they accommodated us and had a suitable room available. If we have to evacuate for hurricane, we will be returning to this hotel. "

"I liked the king sized bed, the cleanliness of the room, spacious room, the free breakfast was delicious, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room was a plus. However, I didn’t like: how hot the hallways, elevator and lounge was, the a/c made a constant squeaky noise that made it difficult to sleep at times, and the shower door would open at the tiniest movement and would get water all over the bathroom floor. Overall, i rate it 4/5 and I would definitely recommend this to travelers...

"Even though we only stayed for one night, our experience was great! The hotel is clean, quiet, we enjoyed our room and our kids did as well. Breakfast was good and the staff treated us very well from the receptionist up to the staff in charge of the breakfast and area. Totally recommend this hotel and will definitely use again when back in the area!!!"
